If the lock has already been sent previsouly, please use the last combination as starting point instead of 0-0-0 . If this a new lock, it is possible that it has been set by accident during transport or in store during display. To recover your combination you will need a little time and some patience. Please try all of the possible combinations from 000-999 (000, 001, 002, 003 through to 999). You may think this will take a long time, but it should not take you more than 30 minutes and if the first digit of your forgotten code starts with a 0, 1, 2, or 3…then it will take significantly less than 30 minutes.
As usual none of their "Travel Sentry" videos show the type of lock that came with my JY-A954 luggage. The luggage arrived with a tiny paper that showed me how to setup the top lock okay. I had no problems there. But there were zero instructions on how to setup or reset the side locks. Not one of their videos addressed this.

Yes but in that case, do not use the non-TSA lock at the same time. Simply place the padlock on the zip pullers. Check if the zip pullers intertwine when pushed again each other, to form a circle for easy locking of the padlock. The TS Team
why are there no instructions in the package? And, why is there no video explaining the 4-digit lock and how it's supposed to work? This is a total waste of time

I just got a parcel with my Safari zanny baggage but it was hard to figure how to open it next time please use a easy place to find whether where is the leaver
That's what I said to my father, he was desperate to find those locks but I said yo don't really need it, I still watched getting ripped apart my luggage and left it there opened lol and had to ask wtf happened: you got suspicious snacks there, what is that? My country snacks! I grab it while my luggage being completely open
Was this a padlock? Did you have a TSA notice with your padlock inside your luggage? If not, it is unlikely the TSA. It is more likely that the padock was damaged by the conveyor belts or in cargo. Instead we recommend to have lugggae with integrtaed locks that are flush to the side. @@nexustom5823
There are a few possible reasons. 1. the dials are not aligned correctly,. 2. the combination is not what you think it is. We recommend you try all adjacent numbers as it is possible dials were not aligned correctly. It takes less than 30 min to try all possible 000 to 999. 3. There was a damage to the lock and mechanism is broken, in that case contact luggage brand's customer service for repair /replacement.

Followed the video but the case got locked with a combination I didn't deliberately set. Now I have a locked empty suitcase. Looks like I am just going to have to break the damn thing and use zip ties. Doesn't seem to be a reset button anywhere. That would make it less secure of course. Got a useless lock on a £120 suitcase. I guess I have learned a lesson. Just leave it open!
