I've spent a long time trying to fix this, however RU-vid won't let me. They place these ads randomly and I think the only way to go about it is to create shorter videos, under 7 minutes. So I will try doing that. It is very annoying and I'm not happy about it either. I will try to get some advice on how to remove these in the future. Try turning down the sound completely so it doesn't disturb you too much if that helps at all. My apology.
