A video has two Sides. I do not for the company but I have plenty of friends that do. Patients are nuts there. Also it has more to do with the doctor than anything. Walgreens has nothing to go with that.

Y'all seeing a miserable old woman and having sympathy after she assaulted a man waiting in the same line she was....the man being a good citizen, and her being the worst.
She is going through things, understandable, that still doesn't make it right for her to abuse someone else because of the wait time. These guys assumingly are understaffed and doing the best they can... while not getting clearance on insurance or if the wait is from the prescriber side with 1500 other patients' prescriptions in queue.

Right. And she just put her husband in the nursing home. This might be one of the worst day of her. Of course she is going to be overwhelmed, anybody would be.
I think the biggest problem now everywhere is no customer service.i went to get a coffee 530am only customer 6 ppl on shift and ignored by all so now I make my own coffee bf work.😂😂
If you have a legitimate issue, you are not a Karen! And can we stop using that name in vain? Shame on the person that filmed this. I understand her frustration as we had vaccine appointments at our local Walgreens and didn’t get them for an hour. What is the point of having an appointment?
I just wanna say thank you all for feeling the same way I did. This was a person having a really bad day and is going through a hard time. We need more compassion not this mindless judgement all the time. I hope no one has a camera on any of us when we are at our lowest points. Grief is extremely hard.

Those people don’t know what true joy is so I pity them. I still won’t ever put up with their crap though ever, if I saw that woman at the pharmacy yelling I would stepped in too. Karen’s come in all shapes, sizes, ages…why feel sorry for her? You see an old upset woman in a wheelchair but she got up fast enough and was rude enough to slap the man! So she’s got problems, who doesn’t? That wheelchair and her age doesn’t give her the right to be rude or be a bully. I’ve got a lot of not so good things happening in my life, worse than what she described, but I don’t take it out on other people or play the “ oh poor me” sympathy card. She has to learn that the world doesn’t revolve around her because she’s in a wheelchair or having problems. That’s life and as we all know it can, at times, be a bitch.
They should be handing out complimentary sandwiches and drinks with places to sit. The thing she had going for her was the walker so she could rest. That really makes me sad to watch!
Karen? More like a victim of the incompetence of our current pharmacy system. She's an old woman who needs meds to live, lots of us do, and many if not most pharmacies are inept. Every right to be mad.

I feel bad for her. This has happened to me. I walked into Walgreens to pick up several prescriptions. The woman asked for my insurance card, which I gave to her. I then waited over 45 minutes. When I went up to ask why it was taking so long, they asked for my insurance card?? I told them I gave it to the older lady who was standing right there. She looked at me and said she had no idea what I was talking about. Thank goodness another customer backed me up. When I asked them to look for my card, they said they were busy. They actually suggested I call my insurance provider to get a new card mailed to me. When I get the new card I should come back for my medicine. At that point, I was 2 1/2 hours into it and lost my mind. Sure enough, they found it in someone else's bag of medicine. I have never been to Walgreens again. So no, I can't call this woman a Karen. I actually feel sorry for her she is getting jerked around.
Pharmacies here can be bad too. Ive walkwd ul ro counter, no one there. Told to come back in 20. Still not ready, and asked why? Was told they do phone ins first.. I asked how stupid he was sounding as im right friggen there, and if he ever took a customer care course in university...😂. Went to wally and was out in 5... and they wonder why everyone gives them bad reviews on Line....
Why are people still going to the pharmacy? Every pharmacy and insurance provider has prescription deliveries to your home via courier, USPS, UPS or the like.
i worked at a large retail pharmacy. 95% sure it's ultimately due to staffing problems, training, bottom line, toxicity A-Z, and the resulting shit show you see here.
Who can blame her...specially as she obviously can't breath with that muzzle on...she also can't be well after all those jabs & poisonous meds she is on...
Especially for the comments on her troubles... who doesn't have a plate of s**t to eat every morning?? Her behavior is inexcusable and shouldn't be tolerated... there are more people in the world than me. And the criticisms of the health care system.. 2 things: find a better one, and don't tell me Canada, it's lucky if you get an appointment in six months for anything, and go vote for another senator or congressman who wants to nationalize the health care system

I’ve been in her situation before. Not a pleasant experience, but typical of the American 3rd world health care system. The US ranks 39th in cost & quality of health care services. Don’t get me started 😡
