I got him with 10.4K cc(f2p),I did 1 rotation when he came but don't get it then after getting Ul turles with 10k, I summoned for him by collecting more 7k cc in just 1 day and got him🎉
I use an app called voices ai. You can make one voice (you can delete it to make a new one). I searched up turles voice clips (there’s a channel called helpful harry that uploads voice clips) and screen recorded the video. I then uploaded the file to voices ai to make the voice
