Cracked a sleeve unfortunately, decided to go k swap. It's gonna be a long journey to get it back on the track but I have a fully built k20/k24 motor around 14.1 compression with VTEC killer 4piston cams in the works to be built. Hated to leave the b series but getting harder to find parts so I'm joining the k side. Hope to have more content in a year or so!
@@Minardiparty what made you take off the lht kit? building a b20v with lht sc kit myself. any advice? currently has cnc port/polish b16 head w/tuner2's and valve train, etc. piston/rod b20 block w/around 11.5 comp. and 3" big tube header. also what kind of trans were you running?
I had a stock block b20 with a type r head when the SC kit was in the red ef. Accidentally revved too high past 9k rpm and dropped a valve..the valve sucked into the blower and destroyed everything
That's badasss man, I have a b20v my self made 240whp 178tq on pump, but feel like I shoulda went diff fuel. What fuel felt best for you? On the safer side
