With your nice video I was able to complete the boat (I broke many fine lines at the last step unfortunately), but this hobby is not for me. I came here to watch someone successfully put it together. I couldn't get past the first two steps with my meaty hands and too big needle nose pliers. Balled it all up in a rage and threw it out because I couldn't keep it from falling apart.
