Wow, I really appreciate this! I’m ADHD like a number of people in the art world, which includes being easily overwhelmed by complicated scenes like this. This will help me transition from overwhelm to do-able. I can see how this would be handy not only in still life, but urban scenes, landscapes… well anything you want to draw… Thank you!❤
@@neuroticnation144 I am thrilled you enjoyed it! That’s what brings me a lot of joy honestly, is making art more accessible. No need to spend 20 years figuring it out right? Thank you again for your insightful comment! 🙏
@@lorichristani621 Really glad to hear you found it helpful! Honestly, it was through teaching this to my classes over the years that I finally started to connect the dots. Check out my other Cubist video with a still life, it’s a good introduction. Thanks again! 😃
@@ctshada5495 Hi, that is fine of course. I would use multiple photos but from different angles. As you draw and use portions from all of them I recommend using the timer and switching often so as not to stay with one point of view for too long. Hope that helps!😊
@@anjapinkau3737 Terrific! 😊Thank you so much for your thoughtful comment! Let me know if there is anything else you want me to cover, even if it’s another Cubistic painting.
@@alexpinguli Colour and light are very important to me, so I'm a huge fan of Impressionism, post-Impressionism, Expressionism and of lately Fauvism, my most favourite painters being van Gogh and the early Matisse. At present I'm studying Matisse's colour palette in Morocco and Nice. Where Expressionism/Cubism is concerned Franz Marc is my favourite.
@@DistractedDaisy I so appreciate your comment! I too struggled for a long time understanding, cubism, and abstract art in general. Glad you found it helpful!
I want to watch the impression technique . plzz make a video on this topic! And I really think you should cover the famous painters techniques. It will be very helpful for everyone.. What you think sir?
