Shame on us we have make everything for tourism rather than saving our culture heritage which is all a national treasure . Why there is so many resorts and hotels in these beautiful environmental places of our Bharata . There should be Mandir and Gurukuls instead of them. We need to seriously looking towards decrease in over tourism at any cost and look in other sectors for our nation welfare than to stuck on tourism only . Himachal Pradesh Uttarakhand are ruined because of ganja charas and ganjedi charasi people

You neither need to be religious or spiritual to enjoy Rishikesh? How come madam? Only woke Hindus can give such stupid arguments. Ashrams, Maa Ganga and Arti are only for those who want to delve into Sanatan Dharma and the beauty of Spirituality. Stop try to play secular on religious places.
When i did KK trek i thought its difficult. I did in 3 days 2 nights in jan 2018 in very low budget (without spikes , no proper winter clothing, no gaiters).Later going to kedernath or kuari pass pangarchulla, i feel KK is basically easy trek can be done in 2 days also. Since its basically easy trek its popularity gained so much. I recommend all to do this trek at least once just to enjoy trekking just for its beauty.
Very honest & pure explanation of Vipassana. I too a Vipassana meditator since 2012. Don't stop there, go again & again until you completely eradicates all of your impurities. May you grow more in Dhamma & realise the real meaning of Dhamma. If you apply Dhamma in daily life, you will have a peaceful life. Don't forget to practice regularly, morning & evening one hour. My friends have made plan and booked their tickets for kedarkantha but I have not still looking for the reviews on youtube, the place is beautiful but to be honest I am not a trek person and I would rather prefer to go to kedarnath as i am spiritual which will motivate to walk rather than kedarkantha which is only for trek

Dr lg raha hai soch kr kyuki m kafi lmbe time se dusri technique se meditation kr raha hu mein continues toh 2-3 ghante beth skta hu pr yea nahi pta apni feelings ko faceoff kr paunga ya nhi kyuki I'm extremely emotional person soch kr dr lgta hai kahi mentally unstable toh nhi ho jaunga. Please share your thoughts from the best of your experience about who should not go for Vipassana.
