Lived around there for long periods and London in general and the rejuvenation of that area is exceptional. For decades, such a wasted and grotty area but the apartments are superb and the restaurants and bars, beside a scenic canal are really worth a visit for a meal and a drink. This apartment is superb, and the engineered balcony screens, fantastic.
Nice views but the interior design looks very cheap and tacky. The concrete staircase is not appealing at all. And the bathrooms and bedroom décor look like something one would find in a youth hostel. It's such a shame.
You are exquisitely dressed Xiuxiu, and so appropriately matched with the quality and tones in this gorgeous property. I wish many could learn from you to take both sides of the customers as serious as you seem to. Thank you so much for an excellent presentation, and certainly looking to consider this among others in my quest to invest in London ❤
If I lived in London and was a millionaire I would buy an apartment here. Great views great pubs and it’s a short walk to Fulham football club one way and the other way you can walk into Hammersmith and the tube station. But I am happy now living in the Philippines and supporting Fulham FC from far away.
Adam, Eve is not going to be happy with you because you said that the primary bedroom has ample space, but no, it has not. It is the smallest primary bedroom I have ever seen in my life, you can barely walk around the bed. You said that the second bedroom with 9.33 ㎡ is very spacious, but no, it is not. It is very small.
4000 rental per month is insane and the space is just too small. Sorry, but here in Ireland it can now be just as expensive, but at least we'd get larger spaces for this kind of rent.
For over a million pound, not one of the bathrooms has a window (no natural light at all) and the bedroom windows can’t be opened? Find a better apartment than this. And why do 99% London apartments hate having a window in the bathroom? Y’all talking about getting natural light shit and yet not one of the bathrooms even has a window for natural light 🤦♂
