i fun way to do it on master mode is to shot down one of those flying platforms with enemies thats is located up this river, then get on top of it and just flow down to the shrine

try to reach the small island on top of lookout Landing. its pretty easy once you know how to but it was quite a challenge for me at the beginning.there are no rewards there but you could place a travel medallion to get there whenever you want for the view since its the highest skyisland in all of hyrule
