I have three phones and I have a blue light on top but I still have no serves. Help me. But remember go slow and pictures if you have it. I have T-Mobile Internet. I am keeping the number you gave me. So now can I use my phone. It is plugged up to Internet and my wifi. I think I am getting confused
I'm interested in Nextiva as a provider and would like to know if it is a reliable option. I've read numerous positive reviews about Thirdlane Business PBX (they have a free collaboration app too) and am curious about how Nextiva compares to Thirdlane in terms of features, performance, and support. Thank you for any insights you can provide!
Be advised Nextiva can't place Text Messaging on your VOIP number if you are a sole proprietor. Text messaging is so important since most banks want to send a code to your VOIP number for verification.
Great Content Rich! Could you give me advice on the following: We are a company in Switzerland and our employees work from abroad. They need a Swiss Number and they need to call other Swiss numbers. Is this possible with ZoomPhone? BR Ciril
I know that Zoom Phone has one of the better international accounts plans. This I'm not 100% sure of, which if you reach out to me and my team, we can absolutely speak with you to figure out if Zoom Phone can do this and if not if/who else in the VOIP space call. Contact me and my team here and we'll work with you ASAP: www.richtechnologygroup.com/contact-us.html
Rich, when will you ever find out that ringcentral, vonage, and nextiva isn’t the only VOIP provider out there? There are so many cheap alternatives but look at you. Selling all these consumers overpriced systems for YOUR benefit. Horrible business model
Actually that is quite an incorrect assumption. 2 reasons why: 1. We based the ones we talk about the most, based on what Google and RU-vid's actual DATA shows people are searching for the most. We have access to that DIRECT Google data, so we create content talking about pros, cons, features, etc etc based on what the data shows people are literally searching for the most to learn more about. 2. There are several other providers we do work with that pay HUGE payouts, such as Five9, Talkdesk, NiceInContact and Genesys that pay BIG BIG payouts, but if what you're saying is true, why aren't we talking about those guys in most of our videos, because if your theory is CORRECT, than we should be talking MORE about the ones I mentioned above, which would pay me enough to retire early? Finally, we have worked with thousands of clients who enjoy our content and appreciate the free consultations because they know, we are in a position where we don't personally care which provider pays what, or how much, we simply speak on and recommend the ones people want and like the most based on Google data and market research. That has quite literally been our business model since day one. If you disagree with it, NO problem! That's your right and simply your opinion as it's a DATA DRIVEN business model and always has been. 👍
Thank you I’ve been looking all over the Internet for good Internet service providers for a business. Opening up a small laundromat and I definitely need Internet to provide free Wi-Fi and to provide for my security cameras. ❤
Zoom provides no customer support, we just caught them lieing to cover for not providing support. Worst support ever come across, lost a bunch of customers, from not getting any support for porting over a main phone number. SMS dead in the water dont get it at all, zoom started claiming our 10dlc campaign was rejected due to use selling data even though our privacy policy explicitly states we dont. So we contacted TCR took awhile but finally got confirmation they hadnt even looked at it they had never sent zoom a rejection. This is how far they will go to avoid providing support. After we identified that they claimed it was rejected for other reasons. Seems they will give support only to largest or publicy visable customers. I would not suggest it at all.
honestly i blame sangoma they changed chan_sip to pjsip and change the entire platform in version 16 with barely document what each feature do or example on how to use them!
I had no contract and frontier charge me $50 for re stock fees I was with them for 5 years I had no contract they refused to lower my internet bill I try it for 2 weeks to lower my bill to get their new promotion plan they having online and they told me it’s for new customers only Only when i called to disconnect my service they try to give me discount but it was too late because I already had new internet service with Xfinity for $25 per month My contract expired with frontier over a year ago and they started to raise my price little by little Beware
You are very welcome. More videos are coming soon and feel free to contact me and my team directly if you'd like our help finding the right service/solutions for your business. 🤗
Hola Prince si me encuentro en Europa y mi número es de Latinoamérica puedo usar un VoIP para poder realizar llamadas y menajes con mi número telefónico?
I was using proton VPN the other day when I was out and about and received a message "This server does not accept peer to peer connections". Am I doing something wrong or is there a setting that will let me through the server without seeing me?
I want a zoom phone plan that lets me keep my US number and send and receive occasional texts and calls as I travel the world full time. I will get local data in each country, I just need to keep my cell number. Would that be possible with zoom? Will zoom work in all countries? (Can I receive calls and texts when in various countries?) I am not expecting to make calls or send texts.
Zoom won't work in all countries per day, but Zoom Phone does work for the caller in most countries. If you're talking about making calls from Zoom Phone service, yes you can pretty much be ANYWHERE in the world and it works as long as you have reliable internet service where you are calling from. If you are referring to "calling anywhere in the world" that would depend on "where" you are looking to call to and also what global calling plan you choose with Zoom Phone. I can say they have the BIGGEST international calling footprint as well. So as a construction company who I do NOT Text nor do campaigns - why am I having to be compliant and pay for it? I don't sell anything but my building talent.
I am trying to ditch my cell phone altogether and port my number to a voip (and then get a data plan for my laptop). Would you recommend any of these for that goal?
The screens are the same 11:30 Poly vvx250 and the Nextiva X-835, both 2.8" screens. The 835 just seems smaller due to the phone itself being bigger. Also 13:41 Turning the stand around will give you the 2nd height/angle adjustment you were wanting.
Pretty solid phone, I picked up a few of these on the used market for a Google Voice for Business project, they work pretty well there and with Nextiva from what I've seen.
Nextiva's mobile app is pretty lacking and often drops calls and not just during a wifi to cellular handoff. Nextiva chat support I've heard is out of Slovenia and it pretty hit or miss from my experience. You'll be lucky to get a problem solved in say 30 mins but it could take 2+ hours. Nextiva support is primarily chat or phone call they don't seem to offer an email support option or they carefully hide it behind their semi working salesforce support portal. The MacOS desktop NextivaOne getting into the settings it often just won't do it and you'll need to go in from the browser interface. RingCentral you have to be careful with a trial or POC with them because the way they work if it they check all the boxes during the POC then you are locked into going into production. So it you are just wanting to kick the tires so to speak, keep that in mind with RingCentral.
Hi there. YES as long as you have a US bank account or means of paying for Zoom service, YES you can have a US based number with the area code of your choice (Austin, Texas) and make calls from that from anywhere. If you're interested in talking with us about getting a quote/pricing for this please engage my team and I here: www.richtechnologygroup.com/contact-us.html
