Waupaca Senior Center provides activities for seniors age 55 years and older in the areas of wellness, education and recreation. Our older adults participate in fitness classes such as Tai Chi, Qigong, Strong Seniors, Cardio Drumming, Arthritis Foundation Exercise Programs, Jamba, Line Dancing, Yoga and relaxation classes. We also offer healthy cooking classes, wood carving, cards, knitting classes, computer classes and more.
Sara Reybrock and the Waupaca Senior Center Staff are dedicated to the promotion of independence so seniors can enjoy active, healthy, productive lives.
