I can see thats a 2017 or a 2018 macbook. We will try doing a PRAM reset this doesnt always work but its worth a try. Press the power button then immediately hold option, command, P and R keys before the grey screen appears. Keep holding them until you hear the chime. Please reply if this didnt work
