Judging by the comments you've gotten better but this video could easily be called "101 things NOT to do when growing Musshies". When you said you hadn't been able to check them the day before because you'd "been busy" didn't really wash. I mean how long does it really take to look at your Musshies? Apart from that, best of luck for the future.
Starting with my first grow bag with the vid and it's helping me out tremendously. Only thing I would recommend is using a smaller grow bag with spore syringes so that the spores mate quicker.

Ughhh I want so bad to microdose for my mental health and I've spend so much money on trying to grow mushrooms with no luck. I wish so bad that I could try to save my mind with shrooms. I just know in my heart they would be a miracle for me. Maybe one day I will get it right and be able to grow.

I saw that after this video, it grew back and you cut it out. Did that work? Can you mist the whole cake with peroxide to kill any spores or will that hurt the mushrooms?
You should also do a 2nd extraction with water on the leftover fruiting material. Then carefully mix the 2 to get an ABV that won't get you drunk just by smelling it lmao. You get more active compounds this way and don't have to get drunk
