Looking forward to it! Hope you have an amazing trip! I'm assuming you have everything booked? If you need any extra assistance there is an email in the video description to will reach us.
Any recommendations for a 6 year old boy? I plan on surprising him with a trip to Disney (first time ever) and i want the experience to be memorable. Thanks in advance
There are many ways to go about your Disney day at Magic Kingdom. Genie+ vs non Genie+ ( to access the Lightening Lanes). Also Magic Kingdom has the most rides out of any other WDW theme park. Our best pieces of advices is to plan ahead but be prepared for your plans to change spur of the moment. If you have any questions on booking / planning your trip there is an email in the video description to will reach us. Thanks for watching!!
Many rides at Magic Kingdom do not have a height requirement. Outside of the attraction you want to go to you will find stroller parking nearby. Disney thinks of everything!
Disney World, but you have to get one million lacks. You have to , do you have to promise us to share it with our next video okay , I'll like to describe only if you show us the next video okay bye
I love animals so AK has always been an all day park for me. I haven’t been since before Pandora opened, but it’ll definitely fill up my day to go to that whenever I go again
Pandora is amazing! I hope you enjoy it when you go next. You did a full day before Pandora; that's pretty impressive. I will admit that we love Animal Kingdom much more now that we live here and can appreciate it differently
We are going to try to rope drop AK and then head to Disney Springs for lunch. We only ride a few rides so it is possible for our group to do it in half of a day.
You scanned the list of movies at the Hilton Chicago. Probably the biggest one was The Fugitive. It's where the convention was being held that Harrison Ford interrupted and then the chase began.
I grew up in the Midwest and Chicago is my absolute favorite big city in the U.S. We share some common ground as I too live in Florida, in the Orlando area, and have for 26 years now. But I get back to Chicago at least once every year. Usually in October for the marathon, as I’m a very avid distance runner running it every year. Also a huge Cubs fan. But I’ve tried to make my way around staying at many of Chicago’s great hotels over the years. I stayed in the Palmer House way back in 2003, and the main Hilton on Michigan Avenue in 2007. I’ll finally be staying at The Drake later this year in October. Just made a reservation and I’m very excited. But the city has so many cool venues to stay at. The Intercontinental is also very historic and beautiful. The Club Quarters by the river in the historic Mather Tower is another, albeit with smaller rooms. As more modern hotels go, I love the Swissotel by the river and the Fairmont. I could go on and on. These 3 though are definitely at the top of the list.
Thanks for watching and commenting! We are going back next month and hope to capture some our trip into a video. They defiantly do not make hotels / buildings like they used to. We defiantly do not get that here in Florida. Maybe St. Augustine but even that is different. The Drake is another iconic hotel in Chicago and its nice that Lake Michigan is right across the street
Why would anyone want to move to Florida? The traffic is horrendous, the house prices are outrageous and insurance is sky high if you can find it. The heat is getting intolerable and the storms are getting worse. And I’m a 5th generation Floridian.
great question! I use Free Frame. I've noticed in free frame I can reposition the frame as well while editing in the app, or the insta360 desktop application.
We are becoming locals at the end of May. Do you have any tips on visiting Disney during the week (including weekends)? We have been to Disney a lot but never as a local! Muppet area could use a retheme but I think part of that is our kids are getting older and that is not an area we visit as much. Great video as always!
Thanks!! 😊 Being a local you don’t have to spend all day at the parks. You will probably learn to go for a few hours and then be satisfied. You can always do that one ride, or whatever it is you maybe missed out, on next time 😉 A few more weeks away for you!
Great job, Mark and Kerry. Fun fact, that was my high school band and Band Director that was on the course for the 10 Miler! I always love seeing them!
Excellent description of the beach rentals and boundaries, not in any other video I watched while doing my research for an upcoming trip. Saved a call to the hotel. Thanks
Great video and congratulations on Run Disney! We are relocating to the Orlando area next month and can't wait to experience events like this. We are avid watchers of your videos and it was awesome hearing about your journey from Chicago to Florida. We are currently preparing everything over the next month for our move from Ohio to Florida. Congrats again to both of you on the runs. Brookhart (spelling?) running all those races is just wow!!!
We are glad that you enjoyed this video! Being local definitely makes it easier to do events like this, and cheaper 🤣 good luck on your move next month! It’s definitely worth it, at least for our family. Thanks for watching our channel 😊
