U either own a home or u rent for the rest of ur life. No matter expensive it is to build its 100x worth it than renting. Rent prices will keep rising as the years go by and if u calculate all those monies u will realise it's better to build.

You’re welcome 🙏 I am not onsite. My brother has been my foreman from the foundation all the way to the current level. He deals with the contractors/artisans and also the purchasing of the materials. I just supervise from afar to make sure they’re doing things to my liking.
Chale it’s not easy oo😀. I have 3 more tons to buy to do a covered space on the rooftop. I want to put my poly tanks and solar panels up there otherwise I would have gone for regular roof.

Good video Michael but you should remake the video with more details. Compare the complete total cost of the houses when payment is completed and also the dangers of falling behind on your mortgage regardless of how many years you’ve been paying Most of the initial ten year payment literally goes towards interest payment and much as building in Ghana can be daunting as some stages are money intensive, but you can genuinely see your investment as yours versus paying 4 years continuously and then missing 3 monthly payments, that house may go back to the bank very quickly

I’m not very well informed in the IT industry but from what my friends in the industry say, it’s easy to get an IT job with the right qualifications (not necessarily college degrees). Also, most of the big well known companies have some sort of presence in Texas. I paid mid 400s for my house and it’s appreciated a lot since we closed. 🙏
The cost of the land isn’t included just the structure. The last time I bought sand , it was 2,600 cedis and a ton of steel is now 7,700 cedis the last time I bought it. 🙏
💯 we have 3 stores in front of the house so the plan is to treat the wood with some chemicals and save it in one of the stores until we’re ready for the next project.
