Yes! It’s all up to personal preference. We used this tool with this client because the smaller spaces were difficult for them to visualize with just a paper floor plan. By doing this you can feel the space and make changes as needed!
That’s one reason clients choose to use this tool - to see which spaces may be too small in life size form and we can make adjustments from here as needed at this stage. Those with smaller spaces that are more difficult to visualize from a paper floor plan really benefit from this tool!
I really enjoyed this episode and would love to see more! It is really nice to see the Cleveland area get highlighted as most of these shows like this are based in the south. Was this show cancelled or does anyone know if there will be more episodes in the future?
i agree with the wife on this one i love those old lead style windows and even if you pull the other 5 out save them and i bet if you sold them as is your looking between 250 and 300 each
Absolutely gorgeous remodel! I live about 20 miles from this beautiful home. I hope HGTV picks up your show. Some of the new shows leave a lot to be desired, imho. The designs just don't inspire me. PS. I went to high school in NE Ohio and we had several Mancuso's (Joey). Though I'm guessing that is a pretty popular Italian name.
