I was in Cloudcroft in April, and it was awesome! What a great hidden gem. We did the 30 mi singletrack (Rim) and a ton of ATV trails. It was an amazing area!
I haven't ridden on the north side of A mountain. I'm going to have to explore that end of town. The single track looks alot like the Sierra vista trail.
Great ride and music. Maybe we will cross paths. I mostly ride around Vado, mosquite. The riding is stellar. Little sandy in some places. It helps to have some real aggresive tires. Keep safe.

Where do you normally ride? I’m a student at nmsu and trying to find someone or a group to ride with around las cruces. Seems that a lot of your videos are from around the area so I thought I would ask.
There are lots of places around Las Cruces. Dona Annas, Prehistoric Trackways, In the Sonoma Ranch valley area, Mesilla Dam(sand) among a few.. What do you ride???
The Rim Trail 105 is a long single track trail. Along it you will find other connecting trails that come up from West Side Road and lower. On the West side of the Pavement there are a lot of forrest Jeep trails to explore for something not as challenging. There are other 50inch and lower trails too around the Bluff Springs camping area. This is also a great place to camp (Upper Rio Penasco Rd) The Bluff Springs site can get busy but there are lots of other spots along the road to the north and south.
I live in St Louis and as a kid we lived in New Mexico for 3 years. it had an impact on my life from the amazing food, the people, the culture and Snow Lake and Quemado lake were frequent destinations for our family for camping and trout fishing. thank you for sharing this brings back meories. snow lake is so beautiful
