I’ve started trying to write my notes in my common slang and leave little tidbits or funny thoughts I have while writing them (cracking jokes, laughing at em, then writing them down to see later) idk how it’s helped me review yet, but it helps me w retention and keeps my massively adhd brain a little more focused/not bored!
