Hey Eva, I am very interested in these blushes especially toasted teddy, but I wanna see if there are any similar blushes at Sephora or Ulta , like identical to toasted teddy.
So I have Back and Butta, and on me, it comes across as a reddish berry tone, sort of like what Natasha Denona came out with. Um, I think it could be like a rosewood on deeper skin tones. Also with how deep it is, I definitely only need one tap for each cheek lol
@Dear Eva Hansen Would you be able to do a ranking video roundup of all of the new cream blushes? I'm torn between Rhode, Huda, Patrick Ta and Saie! They all look so good!
I heard hailey say in a video that the issue was the sweetener product that reacted weirdly to heat during travel or something to that effect but they have worked on it
My thoughts on the excess packaging on the blushes is so they don't melt when you put them in your "pocket". Thank you for making this!! I think it's super helpful since you are closer to my skin tone.
As a long content girl, I totally don’t mind the rambling lol. I like when people give themselves the opportunity to express their full thoughts. I think there’s a lot of nuance to cover when we’re talking about a million new blush releases.
I had no interest in these products, but your thumbnail is so cute that I clicked on this anyway. You made me kinda interested in sleepy girl and toasted teddy, hmm...
Great review Eva! I'm dying to get these. So many fabulous reviews on them. They look stunning! My question is, are they sticky or tacky on the cheeks? I love the finish it leaves but i don't like when blushes are sticky or tacky. Thanks for any info!!
Eva I really need your input. Unfortunately for me I have hyperpigmentation on my mature cheeks that I like fully covered. Merit, ciele blushes have been my favorite that do not disrupt my base. Every review I've seen I haven't found one where its used on a set face. Examples of blushes that didn't work for me were haus lab stick, kaja blush stick( which you did mention) Have you seen or heard how they do on powder?
do you feel like the double-ended blush brush from patrick ta makes a big difference in application/experience? i keep eyeing it but the cost deters me bc i'm not familiar with the quality. she's wanted is on my wishlist too even tho she's briiiiight :).
the formula of these blushes is why i'd like to pick at least 1 up, desite the packaging haha. i love how serum-like they seem! sleepy girl & piggy are my initial favs, toasted teddy being 3rd. salty tan looks lovely, hopefully the color shows up well even when applying less! how do they compare to Violette Fr's blushes if you have any? i'm still excited to see your review of the latest em cosmetic blushes too. :D
Hi!!!! So I used one of the Violette FR blushes to refresh my memory and the formula is quite different. The Rhode ones are way more emollient and glide onto the skin much easier. They are also more pigmented. While I really like the Violette FR ones, my preference, if I had to pick, is with the Rhode ones! And thanks for reminding me about the Em Cosmetics ones!!! I need to film that asap!
I adore Suzanne brown, but it doesn't look as dark on my lips as yours... but my lips are pale pink naturally, so maybe I'll try to build more another day.
Need to try that dry shampoo! I also have and like that Violette liquid eyeshadow shade! Have you tried those swirl blushes they have? I've been intrigued
