For some time now I believe that grandparents' houses also become museums of family memory, as with the photo wall that opens the film, which mitigate that sense of disintegration that one feels when trying to grasp the past, like water trickling through your fingers. I think your film contains all those things, but from a warm point of view that gives space to a melancholy but full of hope (which could well be said to be reverses of the same coin). I'm glad I came across this because it's great <3
