It's London, that neighborhood has existed long before the need to accommodate multiple cars was a thing. They are mostly staff and security cars. embassies indicate a safe neighborhood, increased patrols and surveillance, and the property market (at least in London) tends to go up quite a bit and more stable. great for high-net-worth individuals who may have a particular need for safety.
We had the pleasure of meeting the Shiek while staying at the Mina A Salam in Dubai. He was the most humble person I’ve ever met. He was walking around speaking to the workers and the guests. The world needs more leaders like this man.
