You can get away with ethanol fuel in a lawn mower and leave it in there but a power washer or a snowblower absolutely not. If you use ethanol fuel you had better drain it before storage. There is so much ethanol in fuel now not even fuel stabilizer will save you.
If you emptied the gas (get rid of ethanol for all small engines!)…. I would consider taking it all apart again - clean it really good - use brand new straight 87 octane NO ETHANOL’…. and try it again. After that - it’s time for a pro.
All soap dispensers on all pressure washers only work with the large tip where you have a higher volume of water coming out. The smaller high-pressure tips have to much back pressure and won't allow the soap check valve to open. There designed to work that way.
Thanks for doing this. This light, if using the rechargeable battery appears to be a mess. I’ve had my eye on it and thought I’d do some research today. I’m now off wanting to get this. Firstly, this video. Second, the lights are on Sal but hard to find. Third, the batteries are very difficult to find. So I’m thinking BD is quickly phasing these out for a redo or gone altogether as they realize it’s a screwup designs. But that’s a guess on my part. Thanks allot for this help. You saved me headache and money!
Sooo…. Using Duracell or Energizers Re-Chargables - work really good….. only secret is - the light will slowly dim - and then’ you have to un-screw the battery wait a few seconds - then plug it back in - and it will go FULL BRIGHT again!!…. But - in 30 min - you get to do that AGAIN. Terrible technical electronics!?? I would be PISSED OFF - if I was trying to summit a major peak somewhere half-way around the world - and having to deal with this!!! Sucks. In 1 hour - I could give BD all and every single detail of how this could and SHOULD work. After some 3 years w this version of BD rechargeable: score D- Ugh’
@@g6wings it’s beyond my patience to deal with that. I like BD but this light is a failure. Over the years I have purchased BD, Petzl, Olight and Fenix. Also some Amazon off brands. I’ve used and lost some in my activities that’s why so many. Anyways, I like the lower end BD and I love the Fenix I think the most. Reliable, bright and on par with the premium competitors price wise. But they have never failed me. Only con is they tend to be a bit heavier. But have a look at them if you have not. It’s a very good brand for headlamps.
This is my favorite track of all time my friend. Absolutely love the speedway and you can switch it it to roadcourse too. Brilliant piece of work. Nice job I love the speed and layout. Lots of fun with this. I would love to know the size.
I tried to find the specs on the 1/32 track but I couldn’t find them. I’ll keep looking - but that track is no-longer. It’s been completely re-done to a full road-course about 2 years ago. Take a ride around that 1/32 road course!! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-1ObDAh1JtPo.htmlsi=J7o2kd_265td404B
I’ll see if I can find a video showing some of that - but it is Routered MFD board - painted black. It has Copper tape for contact fails. There is a servo mechanism that pushes and pulls a wedge/guide in and out of position. The wedge guide had a spring on it to keep constant pressure against the wedge - I think some to allow the servo to over travel in one direction - but not bind up. That track is no longer - it’s was converted into a full road course a few years ago. It worked really good - never had any issues with it at all. The guard rail was moved in and out of place by hand. I’ll see what I can find for it.
I got this same saw today, well, very similar, completely disassembled. Couldn’t figure out where that bar on the right was supposed to go. Glad you didn’t delete the vid. this was helpful. Thx :)
All 6 shots were in the same hole! *Smile LOL* I just didn't have a good way to add the photo to the video - back then. Thanks for watching. Short video was really just for me - but I posted it just because. Maybe someone would glean something' from it - for their own shooting!? Thanks for watching. * I need to find software for editing my videos!!.... Any suggestions guys? Good video editing software - Feb 2024.
I like the look but I feel like it'd be boring to play, I don't see the guys moving their thumbs anything more than holding the controller down all the way. I think the middle is sick and I love the speed!
Thanks for sharing this G6Wings. I made a video about the Icon as well (after destroying 3 of them). I can't say I was as pleased as you are with the normal battery pack, as mine kept cracking.
So pretty sure I figured it out, so I had the exact issues you did, after it being fully charged I would use the rechargeable and the biggest issue would be only after say 5 min of use on its brightest setting the damn thing would just plummet in brightness, I would turn it off, back on at its brightest and same thing. So the remedy after watching this video and @grayjohnr; unplug the pack, turn on and unlock said pack, leave it on wjatever setting you choose, then plug back in and enjoy your 5200 mh of icon greatness and just forget about the back until you need recharging. That’s it! Hopefully y’all discovered this before reading this comment but for anyone else in need may your frustrations be stifled!
One of my first Shorts’ in RU-vid…. Surprised it cropped the video - sooo…. Here is a slightly/much better version (the original) of this video. Un-cropped: facebook.com/reel/345409181216826?fs=e&s=TIeQ9V&mibextid=0NULKw
It is if it’s cooked right. A lot of people over cook and it can get tough - but if you find a good recipe and don’t over cook - I luv most all game. Lots of Geese, Pheasants, Venison, 👍
Yep - even here in Eastern Iowa - it’s much different than it was just 10 years ago. So much good cover is gone, water-ways and grass near the creeks is gone. Big farming has come in and it’s all $$$ for crops - not habitat and not for just pheasants. Ugh’
It worked. Runs perfect. Laid it on it's side with fuel tank up, pulled 3 times, set it up right just like you said and money, started right up. True wisdom! Thank you! @@mtyler5570

Dude you are super super super awesome can’t believe the amount of work I put in to get mine started for this simple hack to work flawlessly, wow wow wow, I hope your life brings you nothing but happiness and joy thank you
UPDATE:1 year and still cranks within the first 2-3 pulls. Probably will buy another when this one finally does bite the dust ru-vid.comUgkx43QMbQqu67IZadu9ou8Sg1BdrunMRNqX . No issues at all. Very happy with it.UPDATE: After 6 months of use and over 70 uses I would still highly recommend this pressure washer. It does vibrate a decent amount but never had it “walk” like others have mentioned. No oil leaks, still seems to run like the day I bought it. Still cranks within 2-3 pulls every time. Very happy with my purchase!Have used it about a dozen times now. Plenty of power, cranks up on 1-2 pulls every time. My only complaint would be I wish it was a little taller to make it easier to walk with it (hits my ankles a lot) and that the two hose connections were a little further apart but it hasn’t caused me any issues. Seems to run a good 1-1/2-2 hrs on a full tank, overall a well built machine and definitely worth the money in my opinion.
The manual isn't necessarily intuitive, however can be understood. I'll translate it into words below. Make sure to disconnect the pack from the lamp before trying these. 1> Single press the button: if it flashes red/green, then it is locked. To unlock, wait for the light to go off, then press and hold the button. Release as soon as the light goes solid red. 2> To lock the battery, make sure the light is off, then press and hold the button. It will turn solid green; keep holding the button. Release as soon as it starts flashing red/green. --- The rest of these assume the pack is unlocked --- 3> With the light off, single press the button. The light will either be solid red, bright flashing red, or dim flashing red; depending on what mode it was in when you turned it off. 4> If the light is lit solid red or flashing red, a single press will turn it off. 5> When the light is off, a double press will change the red light mode between solid red, bright strobing red, and dim strobing red. (You must turn off the light between each mode change). 6> When the light is off, and you single press to turn it on, the blue battery indicators will stay lit for 3 seconds. ** Issues I'm experiencing ** 1> The battery meter on the side of the lamp is not correct when using the rechargeable battery pack. 2> If the pack is unlocked, and you connect it to the lamp, the pack will automatically lock. 3> When the pack is connected to the lamp, there is no way to unlock it (which means you can not turn on the red safety light on your head while using it, nor can you check the battery level). 4> When the pack is locked (but not attached to the lamp), wiggling the pack will make the red/green flashing light come on.
I’ve tried many times many different ways to make this BD rechargeable pack work and function and after about a year of fussing around with this - and it Mis-b-having often - I can confidently say it is just short of a terrible electronics/functioning product - and I sure as hell would not want to be on a mountain relying on this product when you HAVE TO HAVE GOOD LIGHTING!! Or any where - in a Cave or even hiking really - because your never sure about it and whether it is going to work or not. It’s way more complicated than it needs to be - loose the lock function and turn off the FULL-ON Green LED when it charging - super dumb function. The whole thing is way too many bells and whistles and when nobody can figure it out - it’s an engineering failure. Headlight and rechargeable battery just needs to work. Probably won’t be buy more BD headlights.
@@g6wings , I completely respect and understand your frustration. However, you *can* just connect the battery, and it will operate the headlamp. That said, the unit definitely has issues with its extra features when connected to the headlamp. I've made a video demonstrating these issues and sent it to the Black Diamond engineers. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-GWwixGJbYBg.html
Ha - good question! I did that video a couple years ago - and it surprised me to see me take that off also. Don't take your PFD off when you are on the water! Don't do what I did!
