Lovely hair! I’ve been looking for product recommendations, specifically mousse, so this video came right on time! Do you use leave in conditioner? And to be clear, do you use gel first and then mousse? Thank you!
Ohh awesome! So good to hear that! 🙌🏽 No, I don’t use a leave in but I have been researching around bc it is something I want to start incorporating. For now I just make sure to deep condition every week. And I do mousse first then gel. Unless it’s a base gel like the 808 I mentioned in the video. Thank you so much for watching ! 🫶🏽❤️

I was wondering if the uncle funky’s daughter you used is the new formula that has glycerin as the second ingredient? I prefer the original formula, but you can’t find it now.
You’re welcome. Thanks for responding. The original formula doesn’t have glycerin as the second ingredient. It may work with a stronger hold gel. It is a great gel.
Hello Glamtam, I think that it's a good idea because with natural hair moisturizer is definitely essential. A leave in conditioner sounds ideal instead of adding gel. Because too much Gel seems a bit much on my hair. My wash days are a blessing to me and mercy hair.
Love the video and your hair! What products were you using for the video? I tried the 808 base gel and mousse def, and the curls are curling 😎. I still like mousse def by itself, so I’ll have to play around with it and decide which is my preference.

Honestly your hair looks gorgeous. You're making me try a wash and go again, I haven't had success with a wash and go. I tried twice and gave up. From your demonstration, I will try again sometime.

I stopped during the summer because it was so humid and wouldn’t hold. But I will be getting back to using it since the weather is getting cooler. 🙌🏽 And no tips other than I just wash hair once a week. I sweat a lot when working out so once a week is a good spot for me! Thanks for watching 🫶🏽
With this gel I was able to get my longest wash n go ever. Lasted 9 days. I usually was my hair around day 7 but i couldn't and it lasted to day 9. Love this gel so much and you hair looked fantastic
its the best had me in the ATL with no issues, I'm going to try the mousse but the curl this gel gave me ive never seen before and was unaware my hair could curl like this , ive tried it all nothing is better

It has products that you cannot pronounce.Therefore you should not be using it. Say what you will in the comments.Don't care when you all realize that you Put natural things on Your hair not only for your Internal health then you'll be doing something
Wow. Your hair looks great. It was serious clumping during the application process...I actually love the two together. I like this mousse better than the Doux Most Def (whatever it's called). I finally received complements for the first time!
