Your demonstration video for installing the Sunlet safety shows your thunder hammer which makes it challenging for someone with a standard hammer. I could not get it reinstalled properly and unfortunately, the hammer components separated, and I lost the small pin. To say that I am less than happy would be an understateme have to be a little more specific with better pictures and demonstrations
The video is completely useless. The instructions are all in general terms with no specifics and very poor pictures of what exactly needs to be done. Your explanation on how to reinstall the hammer is extremely poor. Unfortunately, things went from bad to worse and I lost a small pin that holds the hammer section together. I will have to send the gun in to Smith & Wesson for maintenance. I don't think I would ever buy another product from your company unless the videos and explanations improved dramatically.
Installed mine on a bx trigger group this morning. The bent piece that the spring rests on, the one that pulls the edge down, is too long by about 1mm. So it does not spring down when released becaus eit is binding with the sode with the extra length. I compared to the stock plate and yep, the tandemkross is longer fpr sure. A file took care of the issue. But disappointed I had to do this as it should have fit without such a modification.
MM77 APPROVED 👍🏻👍🏻……………………………………………You could give it to me and we could call it “ Max’s new .22” ?!?!? I personally think that has a nice “ ring “ to it! LOL
Does the buffer work loose? I have a polymer one in mine and I feel the stock helps hold it in place. I know the steel ones just fall out like the receiver pins.
We offer a rubberized one that absorbs impact, but also stays in place until you actually want it to come out! I personally have only seen the steel ones fall out on some receivers we found to have slightly varying tolerances. But our rubberized one stays put!
Just received mine in the mail along with new sights and two 16 round magazines with two Wingman 5 rounds extension. Can’t wait until I have the trigger spring installed. Thanks (TK).
Is it possible to switch out the Skeletonized Magazine Release on the Manticore Lite and put in a Fireswitch extended mag release? I think I would prefer the Lite version over the original Manticore, but want the bi-directional capability of the Fireswitch. I could reuse the Skeletonized Magazine Release on my other 10/22 (a Charger model). Thanks for the insight!
It is totally possible as they are cross compatible! They can be swapped out very quickly as well. Here's the instructional video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Ql9-jZ-0Deo.htmlsi=jcjgJxktzauJkj-Q
I'm convinced you can tell by the sheer amount of accessories any given platform has, just how passionate and dedicated the people who own said platforms are! I'm all for buying whatever tickles people's fancies, and the 10/22 rifle certainly has all the options anyone could want! Or,,,, do they? ;-)
Will that KrossFire bolt resolve the BX25 loading/missfire issues? The anatomy of the BX25 is a massive oversight but I’d love to still be able to use it.
Serious question: why do you need more than a 22 for fun sport shooting? Why does everyone feel they need military styled semi auto rifles that people use in mass shootings?
