If I heard correctly,you were totally barefoot during November. That's truly magnificent!!!! 🙂 Like to suggest to adopt it 24,7,365.Just go "on one day at a time" basis and in no time you can be a fulltime barefooter. It has lots of health benefits you know?? Pls try. Cheers !!!!!
