This is a great book to read for anyone in ministry. I have learned to avoid some of those blind spots throughout the years and this book helps me to discern and better my ways of getting necessary help to clear those blind spots while in ministry.

I think Christian youth workers overestimate their sphere of influence. Regardless of your approach, timing, use of video, etc., a growing number of young people are growing skeptical and rejecting the claims of Christianity as irrational and wholly unbelievable. While atheists are exploding in number and sphere of influence. This "lost faith" shift is occurring more quickly in Europe and Canada compared to the US but it to will follow this trend in time.
