This is a quick quick quick guide on how to use contour in Cricut Design Space Should I do a full tutorial for RU-vid 👀I use contour to make layered SVGs, to hide small cuts in the file you might not see, and to split up monograms so that you can have more space to write in whatever name you want. You can make your own embossing folders on your Cricut cutting machine for under a dollar 👇 The supplies you will need are some thin cardboard - I used mailing folders, some craft glue, and some washi tape. you can make your own design in Cricut Design Space to totally customize your paper projects, custom cards, and scrapbooking. just measure out your design, then use slice to cut everything out, then send this to your machine to cut out your thin cardboard. The assembly is easy because it’s a puzzle. We want to make a thick layer so that when we put our paper through, it does a nice press. Folders can get really pricey sometimes one folder can be over seven dollars. By making your own, you can make folders compared to just buying one. Have you tried this technique yet with your Cricut? Cricut is absolutely the worst software I have ever had to suffer. It's buggy, must always be online to process images etc. Uploads are painfully slow and overly complicated to complete. I am switching to a silhouette simply because the software works properly and can be used offline.
