Azucena is propable my favorite ambigious evil characters of all time now!LOL!Her twist at that war chapter was so unexpected! And has a great design now!Good job bandai.
I didn't know their is a gundam battle shooting royale like now!LOL!Sunrise company couldn't even bother making some what if story or give justice too other chaarcters like flay once at having her own pilot suit robot too! What a laugh! So yeah let that be a lesson when the hype is tone down bad now.
Wrong. The Ryoko Shintani who sang is someone else. She herself said as such here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ThT7u2ynIH0.html She uses the name Chiffon Records as that's her own label.
This is a translation of a translation I found in a comment section (it was in Guarani) so I can't attest to it's quality but here goes "KAMINANO means: The voice of the earth (or the Call of the Earth). (奞 ) 奞 ) losing to replace him with 2 3 3 10 10 . , 奈偰 ば い4, ( snow ) ( snowflake ) ~ snowflake ~ ~ snowflake ~ ( snowflake ) snowflake snowflake Translated: (Goddess) Listen attentively , listen attentively (Female protagonist) I hear the voice of the earth Something surrounds me I hear the call of the earth I hear the voice of the earth Something surrounds me I can hear the earth call (Goddess) (heroine) ~ Prayer words ~ ~ Prayer words ~ (heroin) I can hear the call of the earth …… And not to mention that there are phrases in other languages like in Swedish, as you mentioned… I too heard a phrase in English, within the first whispers: "On the Book". And before the epic organ I think you hear: "Stars..."" Apparently the English parts are from Black Winter Night Sky (The intro song of Tekken 2) "Nothing can give you that sense of harmony like a Black Winter Night Sky with the stars and blueish white moon that shines upon the snowy landscape under it" The Swedish is from the same song translates to "I want to see your face as you sleep"
This song and Jins T3 theme being remixed was like hearing my childhood grow up with me and this was the developers way of saying that we didn’t forget about you OG fans
i literally yelled when i heard this song and i saw jin take the kazama style stance. then i teared up when my old jun combos actually still functioned properly. no other fighting game story even comes close to this not even fucking close. jin finally accepting himself being represented by embracing both his Mishima and kazama upbringing is a stroke of narrative genius you usually dont see character writing this solid in a fighting game story.
Jin Kazama really became the best version of himself in Tekken 8 and I’m here for it. He’s finally fully accepted every aspect of himself. He’s reclaimed his position as the GOAT of Tekken!
@trevinodude exactly! i adore when a long-running series takes advantage of its runtime. this is the best example of long-term storytelling done right. welcome back, jin. we've missed you
@@Nungen With what the main campaign shows, it's easy to still assume Jun is dead and helping Jin from the afterlife. She isn't 100% confirmed alive until her personal Character Episode, which you unlock after beating the main story.
Love the over-the-top DBZ-like stuff but I do like the down-to-earth and hand-to-hand fighting too. So Kaz and Jin's final fight was just overall AWESOME!
•The fact tekken has always been about Jin overcoming all the difficulties he’s been through up down since then has proven talk about major developmental progress an change that he’s made Also knowledging his flawed up behavior wasn’t right ofc he’ll half to pay for in do time starting a pointless war was criminally insane for no reason but at least he knows what he Done in reality I’m soo happy to see how far he’s come through I can’t wait to see many more progressional steps in tekken history an His relationship love to xio*
I'm gonna get alot of hate for this, but this song is wasted on Jin. This should've been saved for Kazuya in the next game which is clearly now going to feature the reclaim of his humanity given the extra ending we got. Understand i love this song as much as you guys, so much so I wore out my first copy Tekken 2 cd listening to it in my walkman. But this is definitely more befitting of Kazuya than Jin.
I can absolutely respect that, however, a respectful counter point. If we go with that logic, I would say the song used for Tekken 2 where Jun and Kazuya met, is still would be more emotionally potent when used on a moment for Kazuya.
I can understand the opinions, looking back at how the fight is orchestrated, the moment Jin take the Kazama style stance they could've also just switch to Jun vs Kazuya (like a flash back) and make us play Jun Then go back to Jin vs Kazuya mid fight (Naruto storm games does that, so I thought the idea was pretty relevant here)
It’s funny you mention Bloodline, because Bloodline legit reminded me why I became a Jin Kazama fan in the first place. Tekken 6 seemingly ruined Jin, and I didn’t think it was possible to redeem him… but Bloodlines came and reminded me why I cared so much to begin with. Then Tekken 8 succeeds at redeeming Jin and allows him to use his mother’s style against Kazuya like he did to Heihachi in Bloodlines and it just clicked… whether intentional or not… Bandai had been thinking of how to redeem Jin for a while after fans yelled at them for Tekken 6. And all that thought worked out in the end, because this song and Jin’s Tekken 3 remix was HYPE!!!
@@trevinodude 6 hardly ruined Jin. It showed the full extent of the dark path that the tragic events in his life drove him down. I thought it was entirely natural following Tekken 5.
@@maxrichards3881I just felt like there was a whole chapter missing in between Tekken 5 and 6. It didn’t seem natural to me for Jin to be like: “I wanna end the Mishima bloodline” to “F**K THE WORLD”… I mean sure… they TRIED to make it work by revealing that Jin wasn’t actually evil and was trying to save the world from Azazel, but I just felt like we should have had a game hinting at Azazel and showing Jin’s realization that his journey may lead him to dark places or something. I’m glad it worked for you, but it seemed… rushed for me personally.
@@neardarkroad1347 funnily yesxD same to their bodys. Unfortunately the males have almost Street Fighter bodys nowadays though at least Asian martial artists aren't usually that bulky because it will slow you down. I'd hope they will change them back to before. TTT had much more diverse statures than nowadays. Maybe I should beg Harada to make them more "normal" again
@@neardarkroad1347many of us should write him then - this will improve the chances of getting their old statures or sth similar back. ❤ However I liked that they finally raised their weight a little - before their weight/height ratio was like Cristiano Ronaldos - totally unrealistic with their bodys nowadays - probably it's still not enough but at least more realistic
Probably… but how the hell will Tekken 9 POSSIBLY top this? This feels like Avengers Endgame for Tekken, especially for Jin… Reina seems cool and all and I like her so far… but can she carry as the potential next MC or villain (probably villain since she seems very revenge oriented)? Can she bring out emotional moments for our heroes the way Kazuya did for Jin here?
@@trevinodude And I understand, on her side she is a good character, but to carry the game as the big villain, we will probably see what they can do, who brings the emotional and traumatic side to Kazuya is Heinhachi. It is possible that they will bring him back, to finish Tekken 9 and the reboot or continuation in 10. Because he is the Original protagonist of the first game Kazuya. He is no longer is a hero and apparently he will no longer be the villain, but rather the anti-hero, the guy just wants his tennis collection at the end of the day.
