Sis the main cause of acne is not bacteria per say it's cut health I've seen people wash with things like that and still have acne as well as I've seen people don't wash with soap at all and skin is clean it all has to do with ur gut health

I have a suggestion. If you are using the Panoxyl, there isn't a need to use the antibacterial soap with it. That particular cleanser has benzoyl peroxide, which kills the bacteria deep in the skin layer. With benzoyl peroxide cleansers, it's recommended by dermatologists that you leave the cleanser on the face for 1-3 minutes before washing it off. Also, you have to be careful of mixing products with active ingredients because they can damage the skin barrier (dryness), or they can have the potential of canceling out one of the ingredients (waste of effort and money). I know influencers share their secrets, but it wouldn't hurt to check out some dermatologists on social media. They actually break things down to a science and offer the best tips.
@@Kimmia273 Rewatch the video again. She clearly states that she adds a bit of the Dial hand soap to the Panoxyl to fight bacteria. Nothing against her personally, because she is great with aesthetics. However, it doesn't hurt to be mindful to educate ourselves on the proper use of products and the chemistry behind it.
