3.0 still breaks all old projects using Song mode despite claims they fixed independent track mutes per sequence. Would have to fix every project ever made in the past. If I made a song in a DAW and the next revision of that DAW broke every song ever made, I would consider the upgrade to be defective. The lastest version of 2.x (2.15.1) also has the improved stem separation algorithm. There was an update from 2.15.0 to 2.15.1 that got that stem separation improvement before 3.0.x beta 2 got it. Not permanently moving. I did both, betas and reported the bugs and downgraded. It has nothing to do with being old fashioned. You seem to not understand. Every project made with song mode and track mutes looses those track mute settings upon opening, requiring me to redo the work that was done before. Hundreds of old projects broken. That’s not going to happen. Too much time required to fix them all after I figure what was muted and what wasn’t in 2.15.1 and earlier and fix them all under 3.0.xx. Just like they never could fix the MIDI note off bug that is still present in the current beta, I have doubts they ever get old projects to open as they did before. They had years to fix that note off bug and never did. Akai had been great with new features but terrible fixing old problems.
I pretty much had mine in horizontal mode since i got em. I figured it was best given the space I had. but I'm stuck on what stands to throw them on. Any recommendations? Also, have you experienced any phasing in the sound? Like, idk if that's the right word, but that's what it sounds like when it is happening. But that could be due to placement on my part.
What’s good family?! These are the monitor stands that I have www.guitarcenter.com/DR-Pro/Maple-Wood-Studio-Monitor-Stand-Pair-Maple-1274228076960.gc I personally haven’t had any phasing issues or any other issues so idk
@r2gIIProductions hey bro, thanks for getting back to me. I sincerely appreciate it. Those are some nice stands. I went with these Rockville stands, that I just setup earlier today actually. They're adjustable, which is what i wanted/needed. I play many instruments, so to be able to position & comfortably hear playback no matter what section of my "studio" I'm currently working in. They'll certainly be decent enough. As far as the phasing goes . . . Let me ask you this . . . Did you utilize the app they made to configure the speakers in your room? Cause I haven't done that yet. Nor have I tweaked the shelving settings on the speakers themselves. Furthermore, even on the stands, withe monitors spread out more, I'm still hearing this sort of phasing effect. Again, maybe that isn't technically the term for what I'm experiencing, but maybe you get what I'm saying and have heard this effect elsewhere in your lifelong travels. I don't have any acoustic treatment up, nothing for bass traps, or anything like that currently. So I'm thinking it's a combination of this fact + my needing to tweak the setting on the speakers themselves by using the app + positioning of the speakers. Curious to read what you think my friend. But in any event, however, keep up the passion, and take care of you and yours out here.
@@cervantesthenilbog7513 ok cool deal on the monitor stands! No I didn’t utilize the krk app and I currently don’t have any acoustic treatment either, hopefully one day soon though lol! Only thing I adjusted was the eq on the back of the monitors. I have both monitors turned at an angle facing me, I have my monitor outs going to my krk10 sub and from the sub to the 10’3s, all xlr cables, apollo x8 interface. Maybe it could be a setting on your interface or if you’re using a mixer, idk 🤷🏾♂️ I do genuinely hope you’re able to figure it out. Peace and blessings to you and yours family 🙏🏾
That keyboard is pretty badass I'm just using a little akai keyboard with my mpc one at the moment iv got other synths and keyboards but want one of these big ones with the pads

What’s good family?! I can’t speak for everyone but for me there is some hissing but it’s not a big deal to me. I really have to tune my ear in to it for me to really notice it. Plus when I’m making music or mixing or whatever I’m not sitting in silence for very long so I don’t really notice it or pay it any attention. Also I’m not sure if the audio interface makes a difference depending on which one it is. But in a nutshell the sound is phenomenal but there is some hissing when it’s dead silence in the room, but it’s not a deal breaker for me
Hi, please could you help me ? When i edit a sample : i cu t and transpose, after i assigned on one Pad. If i copy the same sample on other pad, if i transpose again on the other Pad 2 : why the original sample on fisrt Pad is automatically transpose. So i have the same sample on Pad 1 and Pad 2. Exemple : i would like Sample fisrt Pad in Am, and second Pad in Cm. Thank you.
