Ok, now I’m mega pissed 😡 I followed the steps and it was working well… until I turned the car off and on again. No I have no sound whatsoever. Why is this happening? I also noticed when it was working that I could hear people on the phone, but they couldn’t hear me - but I could live with this problem as prefer to use my ear pods as the sound is always much clearer.
Tip. Mine does occasionally either don’t start at all (black screen) or is reacting very slowly on inputs. You can reboot the unit easily by pressing the BACK button for 10 seconds. Fixed the issue every time.
Is there an update to the device to fix the blank screen when switching to carplay mode? Sometimes it load carplay right away and most times it just stays on a blank screen.
I recently bought this media screen for my 2020 RAV4 hybrid limited model, after all while installing the stock couples not connecting roadvani system coupling, which is literally significant changes, any solution for this pls, if not I need to retune this Amazon
Please answer, I just bought this radio. Its backup camera worked twice and now it does not display. It shows a big red power button and like a CD number option 0 123456. WHen the radio boots it says to change camera settings to panoramic but I see no option for this in Factory settings or camera settings. The camera is super nice everything works just that little issue
Installed it today and it works perfect unless for the mic. It seems to be bad quality in calls, sound has echo... I guess I have to look in the audio setup, cause the OEM mic was working always perfect till now
rubbish...i had an android head unit fitted in my Merc. keept failing, to use android auto you need an chinese app on the phone...that stopped working and unable to reconfigure, sometimes the unit starts but only gets black screen..now i have an linux unit in the bmw...no silly apps installed and starts in 5 seconds
For anyone having issues with the carplay not connecting sometimes just go to the tablet SETTINGS -> Wifi and connections -> hotspot -> Make sure it's active and on 2.4 ghz. sometimes it's not working in 5 ghz and that's why it does not connect.
Ich empfehle den Artikel auf gar keinem Fall zu kaufen, es ist zwar alles schön verpackt aber nach dem Anschluss kommt die bittere Enttäuschung. Ich habe es nach der Anleitung vom Händler eingebaut und das funktioniert leider nicht. Der Bildschirm bleibt schwarz und kann nichts eingestellt werden. Mit der Rücknahme gibt es auch Probleme, der Verkäufer ist nicht mehr auswendig zu machen, Telefonnummer falsch und über die Einkaufs Platform ist es unmöglich jemanden zu kontaktieren. Also wenn ihr das Geld nicht verlieren möchtet dann lass Finger davon.
This is one of the worst instillation videos I have ever seen. This unit comes with so much connectivity and many potential add ons that depending on what items are already in your car already this might vary. I found this to be incredibly frustrating. There are so many cables they barely fit behind the head unit. Inav has nothing on their webpage and they have nothing online. They want you to pay for installation support. Someone please post a better video.

You’ll probably have to contact the seller and see if he can give you a custom boot logo img. He should be able to give you the password to get into those specific settings to be able to choose a custom logo.
