The series reached its climax in this scene. The epitome of what music can do for people to express the most difficult things. Very moving, very involving, you completely forgot that it was a play, you could have been there with them, with your body full of both presence and the urge to escape. A special moment in a series that, despite its unevenness - and grandiose blunders - had an unusually high level and appealed to even an introverted, Scandinavian folk musician like me.
I started seeing Bethany on Hallmark movies and didn't even know about her on "One Tree Hill", I never watched it. Now I'm even more amazed at her singing.
I think this was the first time Jessica went out without Bill being over protective or he wasn’t there. Been a while since I’ve seen this. All I know isn’t the Blood’s first 2 seasons were AWESOME! Then each season after that started off with a good idea then went south after two or three episodes. For like the rest of the series existence.
I’m here in 2024 and I still don’t understand why Scott was added to the band… but I still love this movie and wish they added it on the end of the movie.
Am I the only one that just loves that part where the mom's like " You kidding? My room used to be full of hairy bone um posters. I've known since the very first parent-teacher conference." Like i mean come on! Dedication 😂😂
The most unrealistic thing about this scene is a woman burning down a beautiful home and all the goodies therein that she basically would've inherited for free. Imagine a divorced woman saying, *_"Nah, I don't want half your stuff, the kids' child support, or alimony for life BUT...I WILL take your doll-making tools and the box they came in. ThAnK yOu!"_*
She was after her warewolf lover. I know it doesn't make sense. She hated her mom too. Her mom threw her to Lucifer by the age of 3 or 5 as long as I know.
I was super girl-crushing on Brie as Envy. Envy Adams was the best thing in the whole movie, imho. Scene-stealer !! <3 Everyone probably SO should have come. lol
Just, yes. I love Nashville, every little & massive thing about it. I'm smiling as I remember, that Sam Palladio (Gunnar), hails from the wonderful Cornwall. Makes me proud to be British, when, not much else does right now! Isn't he great, as Gunnar? Clare Bowen is so many amazing things. Loved to see the songwriter so into it. My Nephew & I love this song. Another masterpiece. I've got The Grand Ol' Opry on my bucket list - he'll be taking me :0)
