Man x-pro just sent me a replacement rear light console because I had no running lights in the back and I cannot figure out how to replace it. I unscrewed all the visible screws and took off the side panels and it seems to be there's something underneath the rack that I just couldn't unfasten so I had to put all of it back together and wait now. Any idea?? Pretty frustrating
Was you experiencing loud clunking noises over bumps and a crappy ride before installing? Hows it ride now with new struts and control arms? About to tackle this job this weekend
@justinjones8194 I notice that when I was driving down the bounce was not a smooth when I did the four test bounce it wasn't a bounce I felt I driving a race car all the time the hits were hard .
@@fixitdanielmine are way past due. 143k and still had originals. Does everything ride much better with the new ones? No issues after the installation?
i have same car when you back up the sensors do not let you know your close to something also the horn does not honk when you lock door and i cannot make extra key fobs mabe you can help
I see that you have 2 wires connected to the fuse, where do they come from? I have a 4.6 mustang that does not have the fuse and I think that gives the service advance track error

Best video out so far. The rest of the videos on alternator replacement of the escapes need to be deleted. Lol i appreciate the attention to detail. Great job! 1:00
Wow, I really appreciate that that says a lot.I really do appreciate that. That was the one of the best videos that video was so good.Even a master mechanic from Texas told me he was gonna use it and show it to his class. So that's pretty good
I know filming it all made it take longer, but how long would you say it took you from start to finish? I just dont understand why mechanics charge so much for something thats not too hard. I tried getting my 07 cts driver side cat off today but from underneath. Your video showed me a much simpler method. I can now avoid the hefty mechanic fee, thankyou!!
Thank you for the video. Very informative. One thing that I noticed was your "thin-blue-line" wedding ring. I have the same one as that I am a LEO as well. Awesome camera work. Again, thanks for the video. 10-7 now.😀
@@erickvalenzuela7680 Thanks, I really appreciate that.Yeah, the thin blue line wedding ring was pretty cool.I got it because I liked it like the blue. But I also didn't put 2 together. One guy thought I was actually a police officer and gave me a policeman's discount lol
There the differential bushing it does matter. But here the site Rear Differential Bushing - Front Side - 2003-2007 Cadillac CTS / CTS- - Revshift revshift.com/products/rear-differential-bushing-front-side-2003-2007-cadillac-cts-cts-v?variant=37791420350641
Just make sure you choose the 95a green track that's the most aggressive one. The reason why I choose that cause the polyurethane material is thicker I you will never had to replace this bushing again unless your doing something crazy with car which of us don't well not like that. Lol
I wish you had of showed how you got rid of that extra inch of gasket. I cant seem to get mine to fit into it. There is extra left over no matter how I put it in there.
@SSBfortmac oh I remember now that with that not fitting, I think it was the wrong size for that oil pad. Since I already pull the pan I ended up cutting off the extra gasket till it fit perfectly in the cut outs of the pan then added some extra gasket seal were I made the cut to fit.the pan and it work.
I have been following you because of the SYM RV250, and I see you're going roughly the same direction as me. I plan on selling it and buying a Suzuki VStrom. Nice bike!
I've been following these series for a while now as I almost bought a 2009 model. Although I am not an expert on motorcycle repair and video editing, I follow several vloggers and have a couple of suggestions...(I am a qualified mechanic though, many moons ago) 1- I notice in the beginning that you keep repeating what you are going to do without actually getting down to doing it. Eg. "We are going to drain all fluids" . So the first thing before tearing stuff off the bike, this is what you should have actually done..drain the oil and coolant. So a bit more organization. 2- You broke a bolt. So were you using a torque wrench? Never saw it used in the videos. This is absolutely crucial when assembling the head, etc. Also the use of a screwdriver as a pry bar is a big no no when separating head from block. Once you damage the mating surface, there will always be a leak. Did you actually go over the manual/ Once you removed the belt covers, you should have replaced it anyway, including air filters, etc. 3- Some of the technical terms used here are wrong. We all make mistakes, but do go over the video before uploading. Lot of repeat comments. Each video should be no longer than 30-40 minutes. Cut out boring scenes and don't make it over an hour long. Fast forward scenes where you are removing 10 bolts, etc. And only play a little music, at low volume when not speaking. Actually, don't really need background music. Otherwise enjoying the videos, good luck.
@@guccilouis7122 That is a bank one sensor lean which basically means that your first sensor which I believe is the 1 that's in front of the motor in the front is giving of giving a reading of a fault, which means that it could be going bad or you might need to pour some kind of a cleaner to clean. It
Not sure if that's the cause of the reason why but it could be maybe your sensors was dealing with it but since you cleaned it now that needs to be cleaned as well or replaced you just need to check and see if it's working properly
When you take off the oil PAN, it'll be on all 4 corners. When you scrape it off it'll be, there'll be a nice little split on all 4 corners where the block meets the backing of the transmission and the timing cover, so you'll notice it when you take it off. I'll be a little bit of Gray R TV from the factory on all 4 corners of the oil pin gasket.
