Get a circuit breaker sensor. It has a signaling device that plugs into the outlet, and a sensing device that beeps when it is placed next to the circuit breaker.
I have had my SQ for 4 years! We moved, and I thought something was wrong with it. I filled it up to "clean" it, and realized the water was not hot! DUH! All this time. Thanks!
Sometimes you can also pull up on the nut and Johnny bolt with a pair of channel locks and while applying force in an upwards pulling motion start spinning the nut off with the pliers. I’ll also sometimes just stick a knife or flathead under the washer and do it like you did in this video. Never tried this specific trick though maybe next time!
It does such a great job cleaning, were getting along without the hot just fine! Good to know my SpeedQueen is indeed PERFECT after all! thanks for the video.
Thank you so much! Since the bulb base in my chandelier was broken, techniques like using pliers or the potato trick were impossible. However, your technique was extremely useful-the base came out easy-peasy!
I can't remember exact cost, I think it took about 4 hours to dig the hole, 4 foot deep, 3 feet wide. Then there was the cost of water valve, the long tube, and gravel.
Awesome !!! Just what I needed to see from begining to end ! I was told I could never do it this way and needed to rent an auger and buy the parts that go with the auger. I knew this way was possible. Thanks a bunch !!!
Yes, it is possible, and it is also a good workout that can save you money on gym fees. Make sure to use a wrench with a long handle. You can slide a pipe over the wrench to make it longer. Thanks for your comment.
BTW-a socket from a ratchet set, which can be selected for the perfect fit, with double stick tape on the end works even better. But thanks for the tape suggestion (since the old plyers trick failed miserably).
Nobody....Nobody is even going to to tighten down lugs for me ever , ever again. I will do it myself by hand . If they do not like it , I can go somewhere else. PERIOD
some good tips! I knew about the breaker bar, but didn’t have one or I mean the extended one helps a lot. But the jack stand tip is the best. I can’t tell you how many times the lug wrench wants to bend down the jack. Stan prevents it and gives you that extra help.! Tnks!
When we wash blankets, it absorbs a lot of water my top load smart washer from Samsung spins at 21 and shows “Ur” when unbalanced and jumps back up to 37 and repeats till it’s balanced if not then we’ll get the Ub code.
@@swilson6206you probably can do that with baked potatoes too right? lol this and air conditioning your vehicle you sir is a legend when it comes to the van life
@knathanknathan thanks for the comment! I'm currently driving cross New York state,. Stayed overnight at a truck stop, fresh food in ice chests, shower in back of camper, cooking meals under the hood, at night using a portable fan that plugs into the cigarette lighter.
