I despised solo content in an MMO but now that ive seen what creatures are attending in pug HC raids and in mythic + keys I finally understand why people wanna enjoy wow without needing to deal with randoms.
OK! I don't know who needs to know this but I just found out and its a game changer "The Underkeep" Delv you have the big Crazed Abominations. Well, THEY ONE SHOT OTHER MOBS!! Yes, that's right if you pull any mob into their path it will one-shot them!! even the other ones get nuked big time by them lol! This was amazing. I just did the hole place llv 8 in about 10 minutes pulling hole rooms into the path of them!
I love the gear upgrade. I live in country and internet is beyond believe slow. If I lagged I would get kicked out. Now I can enjoy the game at my own lag lol
they have killed the game for me it's living on its past reputation I'm a solo player no one of my professions can I get up now none of my characters can play most of the game item levels too low
Kelani thank you... ever since they exp went live I have been flying thru any glowing orbs I could find and trying to figure out what they did... I never saw anything happening though. :D I guess I've been collecting crests without knowing lol
Not sure if you mentioned in the video, but once you equip at least Champion track (I think) gear in all slots you get an achievement which then lets you trade weathered crests for runed. I was starved for runed crests until I finally replaced my heroic sacbrood trinket and got 80 runes crests from trading all the other crests I didn't need anymore
9:28 honestly that's really good to know, i've been stocked up on valorstones and crests (i'm at the point where i only need runed/gilded crests) so i'm definitely using that, thanks!
You can also do the PVP weekly quest from the PVP NPC named Ruffious in Dornagal gathering 100 sparks from disturbed dirt piles in different zones for a piece of 593 champion gear. Do it outside of peak hours and there's a good chance you never even see any PVP.
Thanks for sharing the video! One very important note for solo players I didn't see mentioned is completing the short questline that ends with "To Kill a Queen", which can then be completed solo in story mode. It rewards an Enchanted Runed crest!
So glad they did, as someone who has a bit slower reflexes and the increase in difficulty of the game it makes it difficult to keep up with the standards people have assigned and i feel like as soon as i would get through normal raids that was it for me.
@@Meami_ami what? is the truth, I'm not talking about T8 delves, but can go further to T11 and so on...maybe lock yourself weekly from what type of content you want to get loot! The M+ idiots choose M+, the Raiders choose raid, the solo enjoyers choose Delves! DONE!
Im not gonna lie. I’m loving being able to gear up from these solo delves. I lucked out and was rolling back 2 back t8 delve maps. I’ve been casual so I’m glad they added this to the game. Group finder for raids and mythic can be so brutal.😂

Haven't played since Lich King, was boomkin then, but what class is best for PVE these days if starting completely fresh? Mostly solo or playing with my son who has never played WOW
high delves are damn near impossible for mose to solo and by the time you can the gear level is USELESS delves are a dissapointment that takes longer then a mythic+ run.
I completed t8 delves but the ilvl for the weekly chest didnt go past 610. It said complete a t8 delves. I did several times, but it never changed. Any idea why?
Typical Blizzard bullshit. Let's buff the by-far best tank in the expac and not even touch the tank spec we fucked this expansion. And, of course, fun was detected in the delves so Blizz has to completely fuck them up and then turn them into Torghast as a "fix".
Ok but no one talks about how to get to 80 in the first place with the massive stat nerf after hitting 69 with Heirlooms roughly ilvl 340. You go to KA to start leveling and get owned T-T and no I will not pay $8k gold per crafted DF pvp gear. Insane
I'd like to know what double gatherers (my druid is a miner and herbalist) do to acquire artisan acuity. Have asked in game but no-one really knows. Please advise.
Delves are marvelous. Especially as a returning player, that has had massive health issues during some of the past couple of years. Essentially stopping me from playing previously, for a long time. Things that have been affecting my executive function skills in a bad way & leading to brain fog (I'm on the recovery journey since more than a year now). So these delves? PERFECT environment for me to slowly rehabilitate, and get my brain accustomed to everything regarding mechanics, awareness, handle keybinds, cooldowns etc again. It is absurd the contrast itself, as I used to be a mythic raider and m+ player, not being limited really. To barely handling Delves on teir 7. Slightly under geared, though. But last week? I had issues with 5's. So I am noticing that I am improving, and honestly? World content wouldn't provide the right type of challenge, and getting into a bit more challenging group content would've been misery. Not only for me feeling bad about the s*it state my ability as a player is in. But also bad for the others, having to carry - which wouldn't truly offer much opportunity to practice/rehabilitate either. If I am just getting an easy mode through others. I know most who enjoys Delves, or find them a nice addition to the game. Won't be in my position. As it is quite different from what most players would be dealing with. But as someone who has basically suffered brain damage. And is trying to recover from that, these Delves are a Godsend. I doubt I would've picked up WoW again if this type of solo play hadn't been there as an option.
Thanks! I am very new to WoW, and have been doing content solo and was getting very frustrated doing tier 8 delves and other content. I acquired all this currency from doing WQ and heroic dungeons, and had NO idea what to do with it. After upgrading my gear I was able to solo tier 8 delves no problem.
So wow is now a MSO game? Massive Single Player online game? nah, delves are cancer. they take too long to complete for gear that will be obsolete the first time you get a piece of raid gear(if you raid that is). Brann is nearly useless, especially in higher level delves, the inability to interupt or cleanse yourself from poisons/curses/diseases etc also lead to frustrations in delves. This game was built as an MMO, it should remain that way.
I like to triple up on Awakening The Machine. Can choose it for the WS Weekly, the Machine quest itself, and the wax guy in Ringing Depths also gives a quest for it, i think all can give a key + the gear you get. Edit: For the flying around to get the weathered crests, it seems the zones that have active World Soul events that use the Radiant Echo's have an increased spawn rate for the orbs you fly through. Havent tested it myself, but has been noted by some guildies.
