Hello, my name is Paula, and I’m a student at a teacher training college in Buenos Aires, Argentina, about to graduate as an English teacher. I’m looking for someone from South Africa to interview about English accents. It would be a short, online interview with just a few questions. I found your video interesting, and I can relate to your experience of not finding many people to speak English with. If you ever come back, I’d love to show you the real city, its food, places, and more. Thank you for considering my request xx
Heyy I would recommend you apply for both and the first being the normal degree. Because it usually depends on space. Please also note I don’t work at UJ and this is based on my experience. Hope this helps ☺️
Because you major is economics you can only do economics or econometrics honours. If you would like to do something else I would recommend the adv diploma in financial markets (which is equivalent to a degree) to give you more options when it comes to your honours choices. Please bear in mind and my “recommendations” are based on my experience as I don’t work for any tertiary institution. Hope this helps ☺️
Do you have the best videos I wish I was you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you!!!!!!! You are the best I wish I was with you I know I'm saying you again so many times I'm just trying to be reasonable I wish I was you your videos make so many content no wonder you have no likes but I have subscribed liked shared and commented I'm not I'm not going to lie your videos are the go❤
Yes a lot , but specialisation is best if you really want a career as an economist or econometrician. Other than that you could get into data, finance, trading even admin - very diverse
Hey do you know if I should just register the ones I know I won’t have credits for before the credits get approved Or should I register for everything and then apply for credits
Hey, you can take your time just until exams, if you don’t pay by May/June you won’t see your results. You make your own payment plan per semester after registration. Hope this helps 😊
I stumbled upon this video and as a person who is interested in doing Economics and Econometrics I clicked into it , it was really interesting and informative to watch. However I have a question , if you are doing Ba in public management and governance as a first year student is it possible to switch courses and go to Economics because this is something I've been wanting to do , even in High school was doing COMMERCE?
Yes but you might have to do 1st year modules not sure if you’ll get credits. It is much easier to change while you’re in the university. Hope this helps ☺️
❤❤❤❤❤..can i ask u something,i am a grade 12 learner and i wanted to apply at UJ but unfortunately applications are closed now,so i want to know if will they open applications again on January 2024 or must i take a gap year and wait for 2025
Fees have defos gone down now at Eduvos by like 20% for the entire year and there are more options for student loans, it depends on what you wanna study for sure. Hello from the Bedfordview campus!! 🎉Nice video.
Just the law ones but also they wanted study guides. To be be able to give me the credits others were automatic. I got credit business management, accounting and ecos
I’m not sure if you can convert from economics to actuary I would suggest you check the modules and perhaps you can get credit for some. I took 4 years because I had to repeat a module. I will create a video talking about a few career options
What I have noticed is that most of the Unisa students that I have come across with want to be spoon fed information and I mean the most basic things and it's the ones that create these telegram group chat things. The ones that know their ish are the ones in the my Unisa chat thing but unfortunately they are not always online coz they're busy doing the work. They're stingy coz they don't know and the very few that know can be so condescending
A degree is usually referred as a bachelor degree but you can also have an honours degree and masters degree. But a bachelors is a bachelors whether it’s a bcom or Ba or bsc - the difference between is the the way it’s structured bcom is a bachelors in commerce which would be degrees related to commerce like finance and business; ba is a Bachelor of Arts which is related to art subjects etc
@@nandirosa4082honestly it depends on university to university, some university don’t think certain modules are equivalent to their modules or relevant . So it just depends on the university
Heyyy🙏🙏🙏thank you so much for the informative video, I’m considering EDUVOS for next year, are you able to pleeeease make video with someone who does Bachelors in Computer science from EDUVOS 🙏🙏🙏I’d highly appreciate it
Hey Zinhle. Unfortunately at uj they offer 3 law degrees that require 31 apps score with maths and 32 with maths lit. Maybe look for a tertiary institution that offers diplomas as that is an option. Just checked on unisa they offer a diploma in law and require 18aps score. Hope this helped 😊
Hey Bongani hope you’re doing good. Honestly I think maybe get a tutor cause with economics there is no way of running away from maths. Alternatively Change into a BA economics but you would have to do English. I hope this helped 😊
