Britain is a minor nation, its as simple as that although ussr had a shitton of cold war ships so id imagine well see less papershit for ussr late in the tree and more for uk
I strongly disagree since it wouldn’t make sense to put more effort into naval and any other nation besides USA and ussr since almost nobody is gonna play naval anyways so why put in extra effort after you added your promised features to a dead game mode and also since the Brit’s have a load of ships it’s gonna take a lot of resources to make these ships and who’s gonna use them? The non existent players of naval? It’s like adding almost every aircraft ever built in world of war planes only the bots will use them.
Naval is not played because of how neglected and poorly executed it is. If they put effort into it, and gave it some love, it would definitely have potential, it'd also have potential if they didnt stop at dreadnoughts and interwar battlecruisers. I think a lot of people would like Missile cruisers. But because naval is poorly executed, no one plays it because there's no point and its unejoyable to most. The whole game needs a rework, Ground RB, Air RB, Naval. But gaijin refuses because the greedy shits are still making money.
@@AweirdThingwtwell naval does have a lot of potential but it’s never gonna get revived unless gaijin does some massive expansion or over haul since no matter how many ships they add nobody’s gonna play this version of naval and it’s neglected because no one plays it
@wejkor SRC is thrown of by ground clutter so staying near the ground is fine and missiles at the altitudes combat a happens in war thunder, PD only really works
@@wejkor Thats not MRI, that's a IR sensor, different from the radar, radar missiles cant track with the IR sensor, the sensor is only used for gun calculations and a very short search
@@THEONEANDONLYCOLD no, no you didn't get me, MiG-23ML has radar with IR mode not the IR sensor (it has it too tho) the IR mode is auto when you are looking at the ground or flying very very low
I think the kv2 is overrated, I'm happy the fans like it, but I frankly don't understand why anyone would play it it war thunder. I used to play WoT and I understood it there, I didn't enjoy it there either but at least it made sense, a big gun that could reliably do huge amounts of damage, regardless of a successful penetration, and if you DID penetrate, oh boy it killed just about everything at it's tier in one shot, something pretty rare in WoT where (at least back them idk about now) it took at least 2 shots to kill a tank. In WT though, where a lot of tanks if not most tanks are able to 1 shot kill most other tanks, and where HE seems so unreliable I just don't get it, when I play a Pz iv I can disable my brain and still 1 shot almost anything on the battlefield, even when uptiered. I just don't understand why it's played
The Russian KV-2 is one of my top 5 best tanks I have played over my time in war thunder. You just need to play it like a long range support tank but not quite sniper. Also the German KW-2 is incredible and makes a very aha the funny lineup. If you want an absolutely abysmal tank look at the British Comets or other Solid Shot pieces of shite
The KV-2 is honestly just a sad, totally redundant tank. The armor is probably the worst of any Soviet heavy tank, thanks largely to the 75mm thick septagonal turret that makes it impossible to actually angle your armor like a KV-1. Add in poor mobility thanks to the increase in weight and a gun that under the most ideal circumstances will take a _minimum_ of 40 seconds to load (but can take over a minute if your loaders are dead), and you've got a tank that's as threatening as a confetti popper. A startling loud bang, followed by immediate punishment of the poor idiot who wanted to use it.
