When Jody left OU it was hard, but you know they wished her the best; 4:41 when the other young ladies transferred to Florida and Tennessee they also did well. There were no hard feelings, but what everyone did to Kelly was wrong and sad. Thank God she is a strong young lady.

Ya, that was a pretty crazy meet. Oklahoma State was just flat. No other way to explain it. Hopefully this is just one of those lulls in the season where you're caught with your pants down and will be a wakeup call for the team going into Big 12's and Nationals!!! They still have a great chance.

I had tickets for this dual and I was so excited to get to see my cowboys against Iowa! Unfortunately my wife couldn’t get off work so I had to cancel and I felt so bad selling my tickets. I made a profit which was nice, but while watching the dual live on FloWrestling I thought to myself…I would have been PISSED if I had gone all that way to see OSU perform like that….what the hell happened? Spratley is better than Ayala….Fix should have DOMINATED his guy, Olejnik is looking night and day better than last year and lost, Plott had every opportunity to try for a major decision, and the list goes on….this was terrible showing for OSU.
You're delusional if you think spratley is better at this point in his career than Ayala. Also, the idea that spratley didn't come out with fire is ridiculous. He was fired up and pretty damn chippy. Giving little shoves after the whistle and chirping the whole time. He was fired up and got beat by a better wrestler. Olejnik lost to Caliendo last year and it looks like Caliendo is still better. Plott simply winning against arnold was good for OSU; Arnold is a stud true freshman that is wrestling up, but he's very athletic and quick. I'm surprised Plott got that take down tbh; the escapability and athleticism of arnold is why he couldn't major him. In other words, it was more about arnold being so good rather than Plott wrestling poorly. You are right that this was a terrible showing for OSU.
Lost on their feet. Iowa was overall much more offensive and set up and took way more shots. Started at 125. Defense rarely beats a good offense. You may get away with it on a lesser opponent but not a top guy
Overall we looked slow, no quickness, no explosiveness, we were tentative, they were more aggressive, they looked stronger, and they had a big advantage in takedowns.

You don't need to beg anything for OU fans. They have 4 consecutive national championships and Kelly gets and deserves a lot of credit for that. When Jordy Ball left for Nebraska, Sooner fans were told she wanted to be with her family, and coach Gasso wished her well, no Kenny type tantrums. Kelly seems like a very nice young lady. And did not deserve to be shunned and ostracized like she was in Stillwater. She brought a lot to the sooner softball team, and she wanted more out of it than Stillwater could offer her. If Kenny had an infield as good as the Sooners had in 2023 and 2024 he would get a lot farther in the playoffs.
I was watching that live and it was insane! Nick is from my home town and that was the best moment that I can recall watching NCAA wrestling. That set the tone for the ass kicking Oklahoma gave Iowa that day.
Tomlin will never admit how bad he screwed up the QB situation since he drafted him. Former Bilitnekof winner James Washington was also screwed over. I think Ben R. Had a lot to do with it as well. Mason will sign where he can get the biggest bag.

Her ex teammates just beat her for the second straight day. Ou lost the series to Osu and Kelly Maxwell was a huge reason why. Maybe she is secretly sabotaging ou.
Tomlin may have had Mason's back in some ways, but Mason started the year, not even sure he would be with the team. Then he was brought on as a number three and wasn't given a chance until Pickett got hurt(again), and Trubisky stunk it up so bad it was impossible to rationalize away. He was only given a shot when all hope was lost. In that regard, Tomlin didn't have his back. I think Tomlin was totally surprised how bad Mason made the other two look.
I never saw Kelly smile when she pitched for the Cowgirls. Kelly is smiling a lot and she is very happy with the Sooners. She said she's learning a lot about pitching. The proof is in the pudding.
Her legacy at OSU, will always be her legacy. Do you believe your legacy at OU disappeared when became a coach at OSU? I think you had to take jabs at her and OU, and try to change what you said. For me, what you said, would never have gotten near the reaction, if you had not coached at OSU of all places. You cannot take away the accolades she won there either, just as no one can take away yours. That is all a part of her legacy. Would anyone be happy to see a player to to their rival? No.

His comments were prophetic. Because she tainted what she did at Osu by turning her back on them and leaving for their biggest rival. The fans will NEVER forgive her. And it did not work out for her. Moment ago Osu just took the series from ou. Maxwell was the losing pitcher in game 1. And she gave up a 3 run homer that lead to psi win. I have read other comments from ou fans saying Maxwell actually hurt them this year. She has NO legacy at ou and burned her legacy at osu
