Have they not already had inquiry with Mr Pennington who recommended decimalization and to stop persecuting people who use Cannabis. Premier Dan dismissed the report and said we will not be legalizing "that" drug. People are sick of being treated like children and if they are caught doing something "naughty" like using Cannabis they are dragged to court and given criminal conviction. Time to say enough.

If the State relies upon section 16 of the Constitution Act 1975 then where is the authority for the words "in all cases whatsoever" since Federation. The High Court as recent as last year reminded the State of Victoria that the words in section 16 have NO WEIGHT in law. Wake up Aussie tell our elected representatives to amend section 16 of the Constitution Act 1975.
