Keep the kneaded flour for atleast 3-4 hours in the fridge to develop gluten. More you knead, better the texture. Then immerse the dough in cold water and wash it till most of the starches are gone. Drain and add soya nuggets powder and knead again. After completing soya chaap you have to keep it in ice water to cool it. Then freeze it for a day or two.
