The council are using law enforcement officer to scam the public I was stood outside Paddy power bookmakers having a cigarette I was stood there with about 10 people all smoking I through my fag on the floor went and sat in a chair in bookies this enforcement officer came inside the bookmakers told me to come outside then said I through a ciggie on the ground there was loads of but ends on floor the bookies used to have ashtrays outside the shop they were taken away a couple of months ago the council offices are across the road the enforcement officer was watching me from the council doorway just up the street the council told the bookies to take there ashtrays away so they can fine people 150£ which is disgusting this is entrapment is it to pay wages and racist because I am English he never approached the foreigners about smoking only me his name is Shaun Arbuckle a true Brit nice one mate hope your proud of yourself I lost my granddaughter this last 5 months she was 12 days old I also lost my father he was 81 I've had a shit time the last year and now the council are being vindictive to English people and leaving the foreigners alone to do what they want
I feel very sorry for these normal working landlords there trying to earn a living and are being punished for it but the big money men ie football league can have 60 thousand fan shouting jumping up singing but that's fine because the government and the tv companies are making lots of money from it

What an absolute disgrace. We work hard to teach people to be safe and legal on the roads yet 1 idiot uses his phone for a meeting and all the other idiots pretend not to notice. How can anybody take you lot seriously? 6 points coming your way soon!
Other questions that should be asked: Is footpath and cycle lane parking ignored in their area? Do they park on footpaths themselves? Do they care about preventing deaths and serious injury in their community? Will they oppose ridiculously cheap and effective measures like modal filters to improve quality of life for their neighborhoods? Do other council staff park on the footpath and cycle lanes? Do they speed? Is speeding ignored by them?
How on Earth can these people sit in on this meeting and not recognise that one supposed Councillor was driving and using a device at the same time. He was so distracted and unable to concentrate on the task in hand that he thought he was in another year 🤣.
I’m not sure if the most worrying thing is that a councillor thought he was above the law by being on a Skype meeting whilst driving a 40 tonne vehicle or that the rest of the people on this call didn’t challenge him on this. What other crimes would they turn a blind eye to???
Totally agree with you. This video should be submitted to the Police as the driver, labelled as David Brown, is clearly distracted from driving at various times during the meeting - seen looking at the screen and not at the road, contrary to the Road Traffic Act. It would appear that he would not be a fit and proper person to represent the public and should be convicted to the full extent of the law. If the other council representatives do not pursue this then they should be considered complicit in the actions by not kicking him out of the meeting!
