What I did for my 2nd born is just grind up what I cooked. That way she was actually eating something that tasted good, it was what momma, daddy and bubba was eating, but it was all mushy and pureed. Lots of eggs, veggies, meat and fruit... sometimes lasagne or spaghetti from time to time... lol. I just kept some jarred baby food on hand for when we weren't going to be home in time for her next meal.
I almost gave my baby spoiled breast milk but thankfully I always lick it off my wrist after I test it on it lol. I had left a bag of it in the fridge for maybe 12 hours and when I went to lick it off my wrist it tasted so bad and spoiled. I would have felt horrible if he had drank it
Food for thought for new parents: baby food is still human grade food, you can try it too and if you wouldn't eat it yourself then it's okay not to feed that to baby.
My grandma always tatsed our baby food before we did and if she didn't like it she was NOT gonna make us eat it! She stuck with a little sweeter tasting baby foods and made her owm with fruits and stuff and i swear ill NEVER not try my babys food either. If you wouldn't wanna eat it why would you force ur child or even PET to eat it. We all taste the same things the same way ic its nasty to you its prolly 100% nasty to the baby/pet to.
Why isnt anyone talking about wth the mom's sounds were? First i thought she was sneezing but then she did it again but without covering her nose so i dont even know now. Ive literally never heard a sneeze like that or was it a gag?
Baby bro got what we were eating, but blendered ! Jarred baby savories are Hella gross and the fruit ones are just sugar and... what's the latest scandal ...lead or bleach?
We did a guess the baby food game at my friends baby shower, and some of those were so disgusting! Some of them were turkey and chicken and bean flavored. Disgusting
😂 Makes sense it tastes nasty, most seasonings and flavors have sodium built in so they can't be put in baby food much. It's like ketchup without salt, which tastes terrible if anyone ever has bought a bottle by mistake. The companies def wouldn't bother to try to find alternatives or do more than the bare minimum to get the food approved for market.
Never fed my LO anything I wont eat, so she mainly eats butternut squash and broccoli anyway. We pureed a lot in portions for her and beech nut naturals was just pure jarred puree. Never trust gerbers.... Now shes on a berries kick and yogurt, slowly but surely. Also loves salmon and chicken.
My baby never ate anything I didn’t try first. Including my breast milk 😂. Some baby food is absolutely disgusting, I just started making my own because wth?!?
Yeah my youngest HATED baby food but she LOVES all kinds of foods now that we got her passed the baby food stage. My first loved the baby food 🫥🤢 and is a picky eater now 😅
😂 I used to make my own baby food. You can steam your veggies, mash them/process them, spread it in silicone ice trays, and pop them out to warm up as you need them.
