Hi, I am sorry i can't do a video on the making of it , I did and someone complained of copyright, I had permission from the owner to do it , but it made no difference, so just quilted it . But you can see it on Shabby Quilts think put it in the search engine, and then you can come back and quilt it. Happy quilting x
Sandra, you have a wonderful patient encouraging teaching style! Thank you for sharing! I am learning to use my new Bernina Q 20. Your videos are perfect for me!
I saw a picture of that in a post on Facebook (in UK Quilters United). It's amazing, I love it. It's so beautiful that each part I looked at seemed like the best part. I wish I had half your talent, skill and imagination.
Hi Esmerelda, thankyou yes I posted pictures in groups I am in. Can't remember if I did UKQU 🤔 because I am caution of their rules self promotion . But thankyou I did enjoy making it. Xxxx

@@freemotionquiltingwithsand9459 a lot of people do not understand the time it takes to do these tutorials. And they don’t understand how you to works either. Otherwise, they would be considerate and press the thumbs up button. I am getting ready to play with my new Juki semi industrial and do some exercises on a quilt sandwich. Wish me luck.
Thankyou for the imput , I am sorry i did get it tested before I uploaded and told it was fine, I do where hearing aids so I apologise can't correct on that video but will amend it in the future
@@freemotionquiltingwithsand9459 The boomerang flower was in Jeanne's "Back to the Basics"; it was in lesson 6, exercise 3. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-97HchTjP_m8.html Half of the lines were doubled up, rather than all of them. I also miss Jeanne. She was a very good tutor, very kind and encouraging. So are you! x I think I got kicked out of the group after her death due to having had a "Black Lives Matter" frame on my Facebook avatar.
@@freemotionquiltingwithsand9459 I agree. My only regret about being kicked out was that I lost access to some of the old content. Thanks for all the help and encouragement you gave when we were in the group! xxxxxx
Hello I was going to classes but my instructor stopped with covid and so you tube is my main source of learning and inspiration is Facebook . Will find a new group hopefully this year 😏
Perfect timing. I'm about to FMQ a mini Christmas hanging. Was going to do Holly but the addition of bells will add a great touch. Thanks and Merry Christmas! Cheers from 🇨🇦🍁 🎉
Need to correct something in the video ,I called then humpback feather, which is not quite correct they are normal feathers humpback feather cone of the back of others . Hope you all forgive me getting it wrong xxxxxx just enjoy 😉
Thanks for this. So helpful! Especially love the background idea. Haven't tried that before but will definately give it a go! Would you do a whole long border with feathers like you showed? I've only done feathers on a border by breaking them up into sections.
Thankyou glad your enjoying take a look at this video ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-oDzpyCcnjMc.html where I use feathers just use humpback feathers
Thanks for this! I have done a little thread painting, but it's nice to see another's take on it (I don't have an embroidery machine, lol). What weight of thread do you use?
