The concept of "environment" is not emphasised/explained enough. Whenever our focus/discussion is on people only it creates an unhealthy environment. The Conflict Resolution Matrix shows such an unhealthy relationships-only context of work i.e. Individualism and Competitiveness being completely misunderstood. There is no Individualism only Mastery. The goal of Competitiveness is not to beat others or to prevent others from winning. Instead, the goal of Competitiveness is to move as a group, getting better, evolving, and most importantly learning to think differently, through failing/learning whilst doing experiments (improvements, transitions, transformations, scenarios, strategies etc). We need to shift our focus to the socio-technological (theory) definition of being a professional. There is no humanity without technology and vice versa. The Iceberg model theory allows us to simultaneously address the full stack of any workplace (events, patterns, structure/culture, vision/leadership/scenarios, mindsets/acumen, spirituality/mental hygiene). Compare the definition of a professional with the one of a pilot: safety, quality, systems, mastery, ownership, connection, trust, freedom.

This dog has heart worms! He’s not being sad. They travel from the digestive system to the nasal passages, or something to that effect. I’m not a veterinarian, but I know the symptoms.

And they say that dogs don't have feelings or don't have no tears or don't have no soul. When all and all, yes they do. Their just like use, they were born like us, they go through struggles like us, they gotta' die one day and the meaning of survival they gotta' go for what they know in order to eat.

lol at the men in the comments thinking they’re “stronger” for dealing with the same shit. What’s bad is bad, regardless who you are. Stop giving shitty work environments excuses.

Try hearing this, and then going home to your woman who gets mad that you didn't take the garbage out, or mow the lawn, or fuel the car, etc. Lucky for her, she is a strong independent woman who can do anything a man can.

The unfortunate thing about radical candor is that many like to use it as a stick with which to beat people with. Criticism should always be constructive instead of destructive.

Why do you make this brother? With complete honesty and as much care as me having to do 2 assignments on this at 3 am on a saturaday would allow, this is the most unnecessary PM framework I have ever come across. I hope I was radically candor.

I am a cybersecurity and information assurance doctoral student and an extreme introvert. I reviewed an archived live chat at Colorado Technical University Online with Matt, and it led me to this channel. I have experienced the "power influence" within discussion forums where participants remain idle for fear of interrupting prolonged irrelevant thoughts that seem self-reflective instead of participatory engagement. As you guys have stated, the fault lies within the moderator...I have subscribed to the channel and shall purchase the book as a reference for future discussion engagements. -Willie Lewis
