I’m not in Ireland and puzzled by this band. Are they not inciting hatred? If everyone is welcome in Ireland why do they want Brits out? What about DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion)? Only with certain groups it seems. Does this not make them bigoted?
They rightly or wrongly view the British as an occupying force. The phrase doesn't refer to British people, but to the idea that Northern Ireland shouldn't be part of the UK
It's a satirical song about "getting your brits out" on the lash (or out on the piss depending which quoloquialisms you use). And a play on words "get your t*ts out".
you just hear the chorus and forgot to listen to the rest of the song, they are strictly talking about the DUP and want the UKs POWER out of Ireland, not necessarily British people themselves, especially working class ones
