Just a southern boy who loves the Outdoors, my videos vary from Diving videos to motorcycles to rebuilds/DIY videos and the occasional adventures when I have the time.
Also I am a Commercial Diver by trade so I may upload a couple Hardhat dive videos.

I had a headlight burn out. Found out a fun fact...info online said the led's should last the life of the car but if they do go out, it is nonrepairable! WTH!! Dealer wanted $1850 plus tax for a new one! I ordered a used one on ebay and never looked back. You are correct, it is a major pain getting the assembly out without breaking anything. I'm glad it's over. Now I have to replace a leaking fuel pump!
I thought from your headline that you were going to rebuild the starter, which is a "Motor". But in fact you are attempting to rebuild the "ENGINE". Get your terminology right.
lol get over the semantics… I’m currently on a overland trip and EVERY closed trail in these national forests and BLM land say “no motor vehicles”. You think the US government is only referring to electric motor powered vehicles? Lol no they are referring to electrical and internal combustion powered vehicles. So stop trying to find a non-existent issue on someone else’s content and worry about making yourself happy or something.
This man out here doing the impossible reusing parts that people think are one time use and can NEVER be used again. I've seen brand new motor from factory explode so rule of thumb "If it works it works".
Nice job dude 👍....im launghing because those brackets you fabbed will survive a nuclear war. I know you were using what u had had laying around. I wouldve stuck with gauge steel you made the exhaust bracket out of just to save time and aggravation. Seriously pretty 😎 cool. That's gonna be alot more fun ✌️
Awesome job. Hey bud. I have the same led tail light on my vulcan and i cand get turn signal to wire correctly. I try the wiring but i can only get them to stay on and not blink. How did you eire them?

i bought a brand new car kit cbr600rr motor on ebay for 1k .... technically new it had 600 miles on it and got totaled but motor harness intake headers everything was there literally just install and go
got to lower that seat all the way down and put a rear fender onto the bike so it has a smooth flow back down to the rear wheel.. the back half really just drops off a cliff with the seat being so high. its one of the main reasons the Honda shadow vlx makes such a good and easy bobber conversion. the fake oil tank under the seat if the seat it put smack down on top of it is perfectly in a descending line with the top of the rear wheel making a smooth flowing line/ profile from the gas tank all the way back down to the top of the back wheel. You might be able to lower the rear shocks to accomplish something similar without adjusting the seat height. Ive seen some people move the top of the rear shocks mounting points anywhere from 2 to 5 inches forward to also adjust the rear. Not sure if it has much room as far a ground clearance would go with the vulcan. The virago bobber conversions have a similar problem as well.
HELPFUL TIP: I believe that when you were attempting to feed the wire from the wire spool into the MIG gun [ @ 19:00 min. mark ] you can push in on the wire speed control button ( the left button on the front control panel ) to temporarily increase the wire spool feed speed.
Incredible work dude. My seals are leaking like crazy on my 07. Getting on the calipers and rims. Im in the military and not at my home garage so i cant undertake this type of job but love this work and documentation of it. Awesome work.
I've ran my welding machines to 6000 hrs in usually 6-7 yrs doing pipeline. when I sold them they actually looked new compared to your unit that unfortunately was never properly taken care of and maintained as it should have been.
