I guess this is a clip of some documentary demonstrate how they make 3d games ? i also remember some channels would do a short report about behind the scenes , amazing finding by the way !
I just played through this game and was trying to find this track going through the ost and was disappointed that it only appeared in a cutscene so imagine my surprise when it turned out someone had not only found it used in a demo disc but also extended it. Thanks man
I just had in mind to suggest if you can investigate what the development and beta of Enter Electro was like, I have a suspicion that it was probably going to be more similar to Spider Man 1, especially the HUD of the villains (Shocker is the only one with a comic style from the first game, the others are their respective 3D models)
Idk why the cut and pre-release content for this game is so interesting cause I’ve only played the base game once. It just has a cool retro feel. Really enjoyable.
It is extremely crazy that *no-one* has ever made any sort of fanmade remake, port, or some sort of Unity recreation of these two games yet! These games would be so easy to recreate now with modern hardware!
These ps1 games always had my favorite textures, atmosphere, vibes and audio. Felt like they came right out of the comic books and 90s animated shows. I'm dying to have this experience again on new generation hardware. All the film influence is just way too played-out. I want the comic and animated series vibes only.
Same. What could be cool is a spider-man animated series videogame in the animation style, similar to the Superman shadow of apokolips game based of that tv show. Maybe it could be made as a 30th anniversary thing?
Nah the team who developed the movie game didn't have time to create a new engine so they just reused neversoft's game engine. There was never plans for a third game sadly
