Hi, can you follow video to dismantle the unit, care with cannon push tabs, you will need good desoldering and soldering gear, if you do not have any, you can take the PCB with the faulty USB port to a mobile phone repair shop to replace it, see assembly video for putting it all back together again, let me know if you need any more help, If you cannot dismantle the unit check with a mobile repair shop that you know.
