I spend a lot of time watching ST reaction vids, and you totally did this song justice. Thank you! The one I watched before this was two stoner dudes that seemed to like Ascensionism at first but ended up laughing through most of it. First time I've actively hit the dislike button so thank you for restoring my faith. WORSHIP ❤
The bit at the beginning and song in general is in reference to the old Chicago Mafia 'Omerta', basically gangster honor type sh*t. Such a banger, this was peak LoG
As mentioned Travis Smith was the drummer at the time and his influences included Lars Ulrich, Vinnie Paul, Dave Lombardo, with some Joey Jordison mixed in IMO. I believe he was a bit older than the other 3 and his live performances werent up to par so they parted ways. After 3 different drummers since, they finally settled on Alex Bent
Mister I recommend 'Noisy therapist talking to Corey Taylor' its really awesome to see him actualy smile, and the man really speaks volumes about no father households he learned from the little segment and was cool to see 😊 Hey 👋 from MO! Hope your doing well too man!
Great reaction and I wonder why so many are surprised that Poppy can scream = they don`t know all of her stuff.......I was not a bit surprised! That Raggaton beat and dirty Snare was the shit! I so love this Song!
Chester was always very open about his state of mind and his dark thoughts. At the end when he made the decision to do it he was at peace with himself. That's why he was laughing with his family in his last video. It is a strange thing but when you have come to terms with the fact that you're going to end yourself you fall in a sense of peace and balance with yourself because you know you won't suffer any longer.
All their songs are about historical people, wars, things that happened during wars to some people like if you haven't already check out night witches and make sure you watch the animated story video. The last sentence about what the commissar did always gets me.
